The tour comapny situated in one of the most luxurious port in Phuket. The royal phuket marina so beautiful. There are a lof of yatch and speed boat nice to take photo.The staff are attentive and very helpful. Tour guide are well trained and know each places in phuket very well. The trip was great and we have to the best experince in Thailand. The trip to Phi Phi by speed boat was very exciting. This trip is must do when you come to phuket
Joined the tour to Phi Phi Island in late June, me and my friends had tons of fun on this day trip! Professional and attentive multilingual guides and staffs, good service and well planned itinerary. I’m amazed by one of the guides who speak fluent Japanese. Basic snorkeling equipment and life jacket provided. Additional equipment like fin or photo service can be requested.The staffs fed us well with fresh fruits, snack and non-alcoholic drinks all day. Buffet lunch was served on one of the islands too. Due to government notice, Maya Bay is currently closed and we only can view from far. The beach shall re-open in Oct.We stopped for three islands that day and departed earlier due to weather condition. Experienced captain drove us thru the passing shower and sent us back to the pier safely!Overall, it’s a fuss free and fun day trip!
My sister-in-law and I did the Sunrise Day Tour. We called them to book two days prior because we wanted to pay cash rather than pay credit card, they confirmed spaces were available and told me to text them with my name, pick-up hotel and how many people. They texted straight back with my fully detailed booking confirmation. Pick-up from the resort was 5am, our shuttle arrived on time and took us to this Royal Marina Piet which is very nice. Sign-in and allocation of gear was very straight forward and they had tea and coffee available while you wait for everyone to complete sign-in. It wasn’t long and we were heading to the boat and taking off. We had 6 people taking us out that day, this included the Captain and two translators. 11 were a group from Mexico and mother and daughter from U.S.A and us from N.Z. Our translator Leo was awesome, he would come over just as we were reaching each Island to tell us interesting facts or to let us know what the plan was. We were served breakfast, morning tea, buffet lunch & afternoon tea with water and fizzy drinks available throughout the entire day. There were plenty of photo opportunities throughout the day and staff were more than willing to take photos for you. We arrived back at the Marina at 2pm, we were greeted with an ice cold wipe and ice block, and shuttles were waiting to take us back to our resort. Overall we had such an amazing day and would recommend this tour company to everyone. Our group was humorous and friendly, the staff were also friendly and humorous. I do recommend buying the photograph package unless you have your own GoPro but with them doing it I did notice they get more time allowance needed to take photos than us who opted out of the package and the guy was everywhere taking photos and telling you to pose or taking natural shots of you while you’re swimming. The total cost was $3200 BAHT. The good thing we noticed was we were the first to arrive at the first couple Islands and while our boat could seat 25, the maximum for a group. Just do it, you will love it!!
My friend and I decided on this tour after researching all the many options to visit Phi Phi Islands. We were so happy that we decided on this one. The day ran seamlessly from hotel pick to drop off. All crew members and staff were extremely friendly and accommodating to all guests on board. Translated was offered for non English speaking guests. Special shout out to our guide Sunny who was very informative and pleasant throughout the day. The early rise was worth it as we avoiding the crowds at every stop and made the day so much more relaxing and enjoyable. We were provided with food and drinks throughout the day. It took you to all he main tourists spots as well as some more secluded areas.Would highly recommend this tour company especially the early sunrise tour. Kate- Australia
The morning sunrise was fantastic an d then u will moved to a close island to have relaxed breakfast tge tour guide was very professional and extremely kind and humble the boat staff was also experienced and they had everybit of safety thats required its my biggest recommendation for.touriat to do this at phuket

During our honeymoon we booked a boat trip to explore the islands. What a wonderful experience! All staff are well educated, friendly and helpful. We felt safe and well taken care in a clean and modern speedboat. The trip entails of visiting different islands, learning about the nature and the role the birds play, snorkelling, being entertained by monkeys and delicious food. Only commit to the trip if you are adventurous and enjoy learning about nature.
Sadly I cannot recommend this operator. We booked a tour to James Bond Island. Without our knowledge we got on sold to another operator. It was very confusing when we got to the dock. The new operator told us it was all arranged and we just had to accept the change of operator. We took the trip with the new operator. During that trip our bags were gone through and property removed while we were out of the boat on an activity. What a shame. On the plus side we took a trip the next day with another operator (V.Marine) who used a boat owned by Coral Andamon. It was a completely different experience. V.Marine were excellent and the Coral Andamon speed boat was very modern and comfortable.
We booked with another company called Coral Andamon. They on sold us to Crystal Sea Marine without telling us. When we arrived at the dock we were told we had no choice but to go with Crystal Sea Marine. The tour was poorly organised. While away on a walking tour our bags were gone through with cash and properly stolen. Do not use this company.
