If you don’t mind paying more for a private ride, book them. Very reliable, always on time. Even when we landed a lot earlier, the driver was waiting for us holding a sign with my name. Booked twice, in April 2018 (Krabi airport to hotel in ao nang) and January 2019 (return krabi airport to koh lanta hotel). Am very satisfied and will book again for sure. We needed to change our booking to an hour later and it was easily arranged via Whatsapp. Thank you again.

We had pre-booked Krabi to Koh Lanta hotel in advance, and so glad we did. Our flight from Ireland was delayed by 24hrs, with an unscheduled stopover, so the entire family (of 4) was running on fumes and incredibly tired, by the time we caught our Bangkok flight to Krabi. Arriving into Krabi and being met by a polite driver with a sign with our name was a huge relief. The minivan that picked us up was modern and clean, with great aircon. While the driver was very friendly, and stopped to buy us fresh pineapple on-route, we were very quiet company for him, as we used the space of the van to spread out and nap.We arrived in Koh Lanta, quicker than expected and without any fuss. I have to add that the driver was also a good and competent road driver – and while that might seem like an odd remark, anyone who has used Bangkok airport taxis, will know this isn’t always the case!Our holiday is now drawing to a close, and while we’re now fully refreshed and fully able to deal with the taxi haggling circus, we will be re-booking our return trip with this crew.100% recommended!
