Ultra Bodies Fitness Gym is perched on a picturesque hilltop overlooking Lamai Beach Road, Thailand
Decent equipment, central location, scooter parking ok. Equipment packed tightly, it’s warm and there never seems to be enough air. They provide a towel each visit and will provide fresh towels as needed. They need a proper calf machine that doesn’t require compressing your spine.
We stayed at Rocky’s Resort and they work with Ultra Gym which was very professional and most enjoyable.Great workout and wonderful service.Felt right at home just like my local gym.Highly recommended if visiting Lamai Beach.
The gym is a bit small downstairs, but it has all the equipment which is needed for a nice pump and of of that is quite new. They have a lot of machines and more than enough free weights. 200 Baht for one day entry is also ok. I travel a lot and everywhere I go I try to go to the gym and thats an upper average price, but definitely ok for what you get. Staff is also friendly! So, if in Lamai, a good spot for a nice pump!
Checked out a few gyms in Lamai before joining UB, happy with the decision and spent a month training here most days. Aircon was a decisive factor, staff are great, have most machines relativley new, not cheap but ballpark for Lamai.
Can get a bit crowded in the mornings but equipment is good and staff very friendly, cannot find better price.

Really good gym, not really expensive ! A lot of sport equipment, they offer you a towel for your session ! They always have the smile !
Good gym near Lamai beach. The staff are friendly and on hand to help with any questions or issues. There is a cardio area up stairs and a fully equipped weights area downstairs – machines and free weights. The gym is clean and they give you a towel for your session. There are lockers and a toilet/shower. I had no issues getting on any of the equipment when I attended.
Not much space especially when other people attend , no room to move… space very limited, there are better gyms if you look around area.
Four stars because the staff were lovely and it was very clean. Some of the equipment though was a little tired and placed very close together. You pretty much had to step through a leg press machine to enter the gym. Wasn’t too crowded early mornings; quite a friendly gym and location convenient on the main road through Lamai. Protein shakes were available too.
