Had a really wonderful experience in Khao Yai ask my wife strongly recommended to get them. No regrets at all, as we wanted a real local food experience there and we had it.Also love the timeliness and the comfort of the vehicle used, making long drives seem short.Jade & Gass both are very observant on us and always noticed every small detail about our interests and would suggest us things to do out of the itenerary.Even took the effort to do extra things for us. The small things are the things that we are very gratefull for.Will definitely come back again with my family again.
I had a wonderful trip and would definitely recommend Gass & Jade for tours in Thailand. They are very observant in what you are interested in & very helpful in everything you need. I signed up with Mrs Jade for my tour to Khao Yai and Bangkok in June 2018. It was a 7d6n and I travelled with a family of 3 adults and 3 children. Mrs Jade was in constant contact with me to finalise the tour. During the tour, Mrs Jade gave advice on the sites to visit and was flexible enough to change the schedule based on our needs. I have a child with special needs and the guides and driver were always kind enough to ensure they help with the other kids or help this child get down safely. My children have taken to them quite well during the journey, thanks to their wonderful attention.
Jade is a very helpful and friendly person. She is open to any travel plan suggestion and will work from it to make a better one. She is fast to response to any inquiry even before booking with her. Not only that Jade also provided us with complimentary trip to Asiatique eventhough it was not in our plan and also free tickets to Rattanoksin Exhibition Hall(I truly recommend this for anyone interested with Thailand culture). She always make sure to bring us to a Halal restaurants and recommended us delicious Thailand snacks and desserts. She also give many advices and tricks while in Thailand. All and all she provide a good service and would recommend it to anyone whom is in search for a private tour in Thailand.
Jade was the only tour guide who responded to our very short notice tour request. Messaged around 7pm for an 8am next day floating market tour. We arrived at our hotel with an envelope already confirming the tour.Jade was very accommodating with all our requests and was very helpful with what we need for the trip.If ever you’re in Bangkok, just give Jade a message and you’ll definitely enjoy more of your stay.
