Such a very huge different from the beginning they opened Let’s s relax. Basically since stepped in and out. Nothing like before. Service , therapist’ s skill and atmosphere are terrible. Need very improve. Seem they focus on quantity not like quality like before. Very sad though. I was trying to stand for completing the whole treatment. Need very patient on that. I like foot massage and have tried many foot massage in many different cities. This brand I had tried in Bangkok and Phuket before. The first trial in Bangkok was excellent. So I booked it again in this shop even it was different from the previous one due to this good experience. However, it made me totally disappointed. When I arrived the shop, I could not feel any sign of welcome. All of the staff did not smile and just did their routine work. The therapist was even worse. It seemed they were unlikely to do their work. No smile at all and didn’t want to talk to you. After washing foot, she went away and did not guide me to the room, so I needed to find where was she. After starting massage, she just did her work and didn’t ask my feeling. She seemed very experienced but the technique was poor. For many times, she made me very painful that I almost wanted to stop her which I had never did before. The whole treatment was so horrible and couldn’t feel any sense of relax. With this poor experience, I will never try it nor recommend it to anyone
Made an appointment at 11:30am for a massage for 2 pax at 12:30pm via walk in. The 2 Thai staff at the front desk said there are slots available and I returned on time. Cash was collected before the massage. However we waited till 12:50 and I enquired to the 2 new front desk staff (I think they are from Philippines) on when our massage will be ready. They made some calls and came back to me 5 mins later saying they didn’t get my booking online. I told them I booked by walking in and showed them the receipt I paid. Another around 15 mins of confusion and calls, we finally got our massage at 1:10 pm, 40 mins after our appointment. During this time I saw another 1-2 groups of customers complaining. Massage was ok but the wait totally spoilt my mood. Would never return again.
It’s a no for me. I wouldnt recommend. Booked dream package for my friend and i. It’s just a normal massage; not even thai massage, not worth the price: the head and shoulder massage isnt even done on a bed but just sitting down. Not a single bone was cracked on my body. Massage was mediocre. I can literally get 2hrs thai massage for 600 baht from side shop massages. You’re only paying for their so call service, welcome tea {which normal shops does too} and wet towel and they give tea and small dessert after massage but if you really want to just focus on massage, head down to shops along the road rather than waste money on these places.. The dream package massage is done on a shared open room you wont even have privacy.

I had the most horrendous Thai massage experience on 27th April 2024. I booked a 2-hour thai massage for 1,200baht. The therapist short-changed on the massage procedure; at times, I only feel that she was merely leaning her ulna against my back/body; she repeated my calf massage but only did my right leg and totally forgotten about my left before disappearing from the room. I made a complaint at the front desk and their Manager was off duty. As such, they offered to compensate me 200baht as I have utilised 90min of the package. In addition, they requested me to be quiet as I was disturbing their other customers. On the next day, I returned to meet the Manager and there was nothing much she can do but to apologize and offer me 200baht as compensation. I told her that her offer is an insult! Before leaving their premises, the Manager asked if I would patronize them again. Appalled and dumbfounded!Apparently, on that evening, I am not the only person who received such poor service. A Hong Kong couple who I met earlier at the premises shared that their therapist slept on the job and they have given them second chance. No more chance thereafter. Honestly, I don’t think Let’s Relax’s Management is bothered any feedback given by their customers. The Manager said that she will report this incident to their Management and I also wrote to their Management via their website. Todate, no sound no picture from their Management.
New at Terminal 21, the facilities are very new and clean. We walked in on a Sat afternoon and lucky that they still have 2 slots left for us. Did a 2 hr Scrub and Aroma Oil massage for THB2500 nett. Was served a cold towel and chilled pandan drink at the start, the cold towel was excellent given the hot weather, so was the drink, though I found it a little sweet. The treatment was excellent, my masseuse was skillful and I like how my chosen scrubs and oils came in a sealed individual pack, giving me the hygiene assurance. I was also served a small portion of mango sticky rice after the session.

The place is pretty good, but the shop is a bit tricky to find. It’s on the same floor as the movie theater, and I usually don’t go there, so it took me a while to locate it.
