We stayed at Blue Ocean resort on scoopon voucher which included a free Thai massage. We went for our massage and the Spa is extremely well setup and very professional service. Was so good we then booked for body scrub and another massage. Prices are slightly higher than street/beach massage, but facilities are certainly worth it. Girls were amazing and extremely friendly. Would highly recommend Olana Spa
The Olana Spa is an oasis in the middle of the Blue Ocean Resort. Maow (Spa Manager), Mareeya & Wan are so professional & make you feel completely relaxed. The coffee body scrub & Swedish massage are wonderful and just what I needed to de-stress. The Spa is quiet with soft music & a waterfall background and I would recommend it to everyone. My husband and I stayed at the Blue Ocean Resort for 10 nights. Part of our package was a 1 hour massage of our choice. We both opted for the Back, neck and shoulders massage and were glad that we did. It was wonderful. I indulged even more with a coffee scrub, facial and half an hour in the Jacuzzi. It was heaven. The masseuse applied just the right amount of pressure when also giving me a one hour foot reflexology treatment. I know that there are so many places to go for a massage in Thailand but I would highly recommend the Olana Spa.
Stayed at the hotel so tried out the spa. Beautiful setting, very relaxing. Had a steam and hot stone massage, 90 mins in total. Very much recommended, lovely staff and often have deals on.
As guest of Blue Ocean Resort me and my husband decided to treat ourself with a massage.At the reception we found out that this week promotion was:Coffee body scrub 30min + aroma Swedish massage 90min + sauna or steam for just B1600 instead of 3800!!!It sounded a very good deal and we decided to try…After spending some time in the steam room (my husband, jacuzzi for me)we had a very efficient and plesent detoxifying body scrub of Thai arabica coffee beans.After a refreshing shower to clean our skin from the scrub, it was time for the Swedish massage… 90 minutes of relax and pleasure, very professional massage, not one part of the body and head was forgotten!!!It was the best way to spend our money during our holiday.I would recommend it if you are in Patong.
My husband and I stayed at the Blue Ocean Resort for 9 days and the main attraction for us was definitely the spa. Napat and Mareea were just fantastic. The setting is really tranquil and the service is first class and very professional. The price is a little bit higher than what you pay on the street but hey you get what you pay. We would recommend Olana spa to everyone. Will definitely be going back next time we are in Phuket.
So I went for Thai massage outside in the market from those massage parlours who are sitting outside and forcing you in to get massage! First experience was alright but second time, after I went back to my room, I had terrible pain in my lower back and couldn’t even sleep at night! I was scared that something is messed in my back and I hv to visit a doctor or end my holiday here and go back home! I was soo regretting the massage and was in bed for 2 days until the reception desk guy Santosh came upstairs with the Spa Manager to check on me. That was so humble and caring of them, she checked on my lower back and recommended me to get a Swedish massage with herbs and compression and said she ll do it herself to properly take care of the situation! Oh boy, did she take extra good care of me!! The massage itself was 1.5 hour long with half hour in jacuzzi for 900THB(promotion). She was soo careful and gentle with me through the whole time. Being a certified masseuse, she was able to tell me what was wrong and gave me a proper rub with some medicinal herb. I was able to walk again without any pain within a day, she even checked on me everyday until I was there. The jacuzzi was clean and really helpful before the massage. I am so thankful to Olana Spa for the service and taking good care of me! Overall, the spa was clean, relaxing, soothing and just amazing. I told my friends about this place and they had an amazing experience here as well.They had different masseuses and massages but had an equally amazing time there! Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to everyone! Little pricey but worth it! Also, Highly recommend not to go outside for cheaper massages from unprofessional girls… It could hurt you for life! (Lesson learnt)
My partner and I booked a Thai massage after a 10 day dive trip [with reasonable degassing period after]. We were impressed with the thoroughness of the massage and the cleanliness of the facilities. The masseuses were lovely and ensured that we were happy and comfortable all through the treatment.We booked a Swedish massage for a couple of days later, and again could find no fault with the treatment.You may find cheaper massages in nearby areas, but the setting and staff here were so impressive, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
