My family and i recently returned from another fantastic trip to Thailand which was made all the better due to the excellent service we recived from Phuket Gateway Travel. Based outside 7 Eleven near the Blue Ocean Resort Hotel, the lady (whose name is Tree) was wonderful!! We booked 3 tours and an airport shuttle back to the airport for the 5 of us and everything couldn’t have been any better or gone any smoother. The day we actually made the bookings i had really swollen ankles and Tree came round her desk and massaged some of her own ointment into them for me and told me to keep the bottle till after our trips. On the 3rd day i went to her office to return the ointment (which was brilliant!!) and she handed me 3 bottles that she had purchased for me to bring home and would not take any money for. Such a lovely, lovely genuine lady. I would give Tree and Phuket Gateway Travel 10 stars if possible!!

Tree was a breath of fresh air. After trying to deal with a few other people it was nice to deal with someone that was fair and upfront with her dealings. I booked a few trips with Tree and she saved me not only money but steered me clear of a few of the tourist traps. Nothing was a problem for her and I would strongly recommend the services to anyone.
