Rented a scoot from these people for a week. Bike was in great shape and had no problems at all. Very good price. They also have a feisty little kitten in the office.
Hired a CBR for 9 nights and had no problems whatsoever. Bike was like new. Service was exceptional. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic Service! The Belgian owner and his wife do offer a bring and pick up service to your hotel (free of charge). Prices are the same as on every corner, however each bike is serviced and cleaned after each rental! So here you can be sure that you get a bike in proper condition. (They are anyway pretty new). Just can recommend it. Booking available on their website!
We rented a new 2019 model scooter for a day for 500 baht and ended up extending for an extra day. Their prices are reasonable and the owners are straight up no games played they will not try to rip you off. They will not ask for your passport as many places do, a copy is just fine with them. We stayed at serenity which was around the corner and this made it very convenient for us to use their services. Only down side is the deposit has to be cash, can be in any currency but they do not use CC for deposits. I highly recommend the services and a scooter is one of the best ways to enjoy the island at your own.
My partner and I rented a scooter for 7 days and were really happy with the customer service and the quality of the bike. We would absolutely use them again next time we are at Rawai. I wanted to get rid of my Honda Click I rented elsewhere. So I did a Google search for a rental company with proper bikes and luckily I found Enigma.I rented a Honda ADV 150 for 14 days from them. The bike was in a perfect condition and it was delivered to my hotel at the Nai Harn beach (Rawai Area).Finally I could enjoy riding and was also very thankful for the good helmet which was provided with the bike.I was faster and still safer due to brakes which do their job and tires which had some grip. :-)This will be the only place I rent a bike when back in the Rawai area.I wish Eric and his wife all the best for them and their business.-Frank
I have rented a 125cc scooter with Enigma. Erik and Jiab are a very friendly, cool and supportive couple. Starting from the booking process (great and easy communication in WhatsApp), the pick-up (free delivery to the hotel which makes everything even more easy) and in between my rental, they have been incredible caring and supportive. The scooters are in top condition which is upmost important to me! Erik also emphasized the importance of well maintained scooters which I like really much. They have absolutely good prices for a rental of well equipped scooters.Thank you so much for this great experience.
