Lovely big place with lot of equipment. I was enjoying gym during night hours. Trainers were very helpful with my training, because they were always seeing, if I do well and if something not good, they advice my and help how to train better, so my technique rapidly improved. So far, today I had big luck, because I want to train biceps and they installed complety new machine for it :-))) I can recommend for everybody who want to do sport and fitness to visit Star Gym. Today I decided to pay fitness school, because they have professional trainers, who has individual attitude to every customer.

I recently went to a gym called star gym in Puerto del Carmen it’s a few doors down from the cinco Plaza Hotel it’s €25 for the week and you can go as many times as you like the people are very helpful there me and my son went every day they also sell the protein shakes there and they rent bicycles as well it opens at 9 a.m. and closes at 10 p.m. so if you’re looking to stay fit while on holidays that is the place will definitely go back next time I go
What a fantastic gym. Clean and heaps of state of the art equipment spread across the entire floor of a building. The staff are friendly and the members focused on their training. There is monthly and weekly pricing. Daily is a bit more expensive at b200.

Such a good gym, great equipment, very clean, nice staff. Only thing to keep in mind is it gets veryyy sweaty because it is open and no ac just fans, but it was worth it.
