Great customer service. I had 3 fantastic days with them, diving around Phuket. And the price is competetive. Joe, the hostess, also a very hospitable tour guide, helped me handled Similan’s accommodations I booked earlier. If I had known they provide room and board, I would have booked there. Highly recommend!
My wife and I went to Phuket for honeymoon in April 2014. My wife really wanted to try scuba diving, but I was always afraid of water. I don’t even know how to swim. As I didn’t want to disappoint her and also want to be safe, I’ve asked all my friends who’s been to Phuket and tried diving aleady. A friend recommended Neptune scuba diving. At the beginnin I was so scared, a few times I even wanted to give up. But Joe was really patient, she encouraged us a lot. After 20 minutes trying on the surface, finally I made it. The underwater world is so amazing. Two times of 50 minutes diving was really not enough. When I have time, I’ll learn how to swim and get my diving certification. We really recomment Neptune scuba diving center to be your first choice. You will enjoy as much as we do! Very happy with our experience with them. Thank you Joe!
It was a nice trip in Phuket and diving with Joe was the greatest experience I ever had!May27th we arrived at Phuket and diving with Joe in 28th.At the first I have a little worried.Because the last diving was half an year ago.But Joe told me don’t worry!Everything is ok!And she encouraged me a lot!!In 8days I diving with Joe 3 days,we went to Phiphi island, koh doc mai ,shark point and king cruiser .And we saw so many amazing things under the sea like bamboo shark, lion fish, nudi ect…I’m really appriciate for Joe’s patience and responsibility!Thank you for everything !Don’t hesitate to choose Naptune scuba diving! It is worthy of your choice!
It was a really great experience dive with Joe.She is a patient ,skilled and responsible instructor .When you dive with Joe the only thing you can do is just enjoy the great view under the sea! Highly recommend !!
Just got the AOW from this shop. The organiser, Johan, was really proper in our trip. And our instructor, Sean, very professional. He committed his care during our course and dives, teach us how to use my camera during our diving. Very nice! Recommend this shop and I will come back again for Similan Island!
Got my OW+AOW in Neptune. Very good service and very good instructors.Very much thanks to Dan, my open water diving instructor. Really nice guy, very professional. The 3 day’s studying from him is one of the most wonderful experiences I ever had…Also thanks to Frank for the wonderful knowledge & confined water trainning 🙂
Our resort booked us this excursion and it was all she said it would be! We were picked up in a private van from our hotel early on the day of our trip as were were staying about an hour away. The trip to Chalong was quite and experience! Traffic in Phuket is just a little crazy with with all the scooters, motor bikes cars and trucks-but thats another review! When we arrived at the pier we were met by our boat’s coordinator (I cannot remember her name) who showed us where we could use the rest room and change if we needed to. She told us our dive instructor, Mark aka “Sharkey”, would be along momentarily. My husband was Padi certified many years ago and my only experience was in a pool in high school. Needless to say i was a little nervous and Sharkey put us both quickly at ease familiarizing us with the equipment and what to expect. Our first dive was so incredible! We saw many various species of fish and coral. Once Sharkey knew we were comfortable he led us through the best sites. Always checking to make sure we were ok. Our second dive was even better than the first. Feeling even more comfortable we went through a manmade reef where we saw stone fish moray eels and ghost sea horses! We opted for a third dive and were not disappointed! On the boat we were fed breakfast, lunch and snacks all of which were excellent! Plenty of water coffee, tea and soft drinks were available throughout the day.Our dive instructor was very professional and knowledgable about diving and there area. We were very happy with everything he showed us and with the many pictures he took for us!
Not sure if I’m a lucky girl to have an attractive boyfriend, or unlucky to have met an instructor with no professional boundaries, but the instructor’s attitude was really off putting and almost destroyed my holiday.I’m not sure what’s the instructor’s name but she is from China, has a thin and flat body, and has very long hair (to her tummy), you will know her when you see her (nobody has longer hair). I signed up for snorkeling with my boyfriend at Raya Island. We were fine at the first two sites, many fishes to see though corals were destroyed. At the last site, she came to ask him if he could free dive down for 20km as she would like to bring him to see a sunken ship. She could have asked other snorkelers who were also experienced, but she did not. And we were obviously a couple given the observable signs of affection we gave to each other. Note: The other snorkelers and divers had a set route to go, none of which were the sunken shipI told her that I could not dive so deep, but she ignored me completely (cos she only wanted to dive with him). Thankfully my boyfriend still has a good sense of judgement and did not follow her. Just a few things I want to raise from this experience 1. Professionalism – is it right to hit on your customers? Especially if he/she has a partner? And even more especially so if his/her partner is on the same boat?2. Safety – is it safe to ask your customer to free dive 20km below the water (we are not even certified to go that deep!), away from the group?3. Credibility – is it consistent for one instructor to give a customer ‘special’ attention and ignore the rest? What does this say about other instructors as well? Ignorant, or indifferent?I strongly discourage other divers and snorkelers who are couples to go for any trips with Neptune. You can pay the same price or lower elsewhere and also get to have nobody trying to harm your relationship.
me and my friends took aow lessons and some fundives during the new year holiday. Hotel pick-up cars always late in the morning, personal equipment did not get on board twice…could be better during the peak season. Poor visibility and strong current close to the full moon, my friends class was not easy, instructor LEI was good enough though, everybody was safe and finished their class. Anyway, thanks but expecting a better experience next time.
Got my Open Water license through Neptune Scuba Diving. Could not have had a better experience!Sam, my instructor, has been amazing throughout the process — he gave me exactly the skills I needed to help me comfortable in the open water and was always very communicative and caring throughout the process. He was also a very fun person to be around for the three days. Neptune’s equipment and ship are also top notch – but their pool is a bit on the small side and/or seemed too crowded on the first day.A great experience overall, and I can’t wait to get the AOW next time!
