Quite an interesting place for family fun. Variety of activities for kids, like collecting chicken eggs from the coop (you only get to pick four eggs, and they look very clean eggs, so maybe they are all planted), and you get to enter the henhouse. There’s also two ostriches, geese, many horses, a whole big hutch of rabbits big and small. Pony ride was not available when we were there. Okay to stopover here especially for city kids.
If you don’t mind getting slightly dirty, this place is great for kids! My children enjoyed themselves thoroughly here. There was so much to do and it was quite organised too! I was corresponding with Dr. Mor Por prior to the trip as well. He was very helpful and friendly. You can arrange to take lessons on horse riding too. I only wish we had time for the kids to visit this place a second time.My only concern was for the welfare of the animals. Would they have the problem of over-feeding? I hope they look into it as their visitors (hopefully) increase.

My son had the 500baht package that was quite comprehensive including washing horse, pony ride, picking eggs, feeding goat milk, carrots to rabbits, etc, all in about 1.5 hours that left him totally satisfied! We could also take back the eggs that my son picked, which we then asked them to make hard boiled eggs. Eggs taste super nice!
Need to bump up the reviews for this place! Originally planned to visit OK Corral for horse-riding, then chanced on this place on Utube and super glad I made the choice! Value for money prices for the activities and its more variety and fun for the kids. We took 2 packages and then added on extra horse rides that even I went on. The staff here were great and everything was self contained. Has a little area to sit and get drinks and light snacks.
Apparently, there is more the meets the eye . It is not just a large petting zoo for kids. Do visit their website, they have some serious and adventurous horse-riding stuffs going on, such as riding out into the surroundings and swimming with horse in a natural stream. But well, for now, I will just stick to the kiddy rides and easy activities. The place is rather huge, and they have rabbits, hamsters, ostriches, chickens, ducks, goats, some really huge dogs, ponies, small horses, medium horse, oh my God very big horse. . … . sounds like I am describing a buffet. Well, you get to play with all of them and therefore kids love this place. The environment can be dry and dusty so, if you are the sensitive type, just be aware. The pony ride was the highlight of the trip for our family. It is not like those many others where it is just 3 rounds in a small area. Over here, it was a long escorted walk out into the adjacent grassland and back. Its is good fun for the family and worth a visit of you are in the vicinity of Khao Yai.
This place is quite deep in the backroads, off Thanarat road, easier to find if you use Googlemaps. Its mainly catered to kids who like to get up close with animals. For 80 baht you get a basket of carrots that you can feed to a ravenous pack of goats, big old horses, rabbits (although they recently stopped this due to overfeeding), very aggressive ostriches and even a Siberian husky. Other activities include horse riding, washing a horse, painting, etc. You can also buy a package that includes going into the hen house to “collect” their eggs which you can take home. Beware of the aggresive ostriches who will give you a painful bite if you stand too close.
A great few hours! We opted for a package (500 Thbt) which included a feed of the horses and goats, a clean of the horses, picking of eggs, a pony ride, time with the rabbts and guinea pigs and then a painting activity. It all felt a bit rustic and slightly run down, but as long as you’re prepared and don’t visit in flip flops/new shoes and have plenty of hand wipes its a nice time to spend a few hours. We don’t seem to have many options to do this in Bangkok so it was a nice treat.
This is a beautiful farm with many exotic European horses. My wife and I stayed at the farm for 5 nights with our 2 children aged 5 and 7 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our children loved interacting with the farm animals there and look forward to their daily horse and pony rides. My wife and I learnt horse riding at the farm and after the 5th lesson we were able to trot and go out on a proper trail ride with the horses. Dr Por is the owner and is a generous and kind person. Highly recommend!
This a rustic farm known best for its impressive collection of 50+ European horses. The Spanish horses in particular, are quite a sight and easy to ride on. My elder daughter (7 years old) enjoyed her almost daily horse riding lessons there while my younger daughter (5 years old) likes the pony rides. My husband and I took 4 riding lessons and on the 5th, were competent enough to go out on the trail with an instructor to ride through the Khao Yai countryside.
