This is probably the most professional company I have ever dealt with! In my life I starting planning my trip to Thailand since 2020 and due to the same circumstances we all know, had to postpone it. I contacted this company back in 2020 and back them, they gave me a reasonable price for a private van for 5 days. This year, when i finally was able to make this trip and despite the global bad economy, the company still gave me a fabulous price. I sent an email to them, and from that moment I started communicating with Chery, she was kind, Professional and prompt responding to all of my questions. I gave her specific instructions of MY itinerary and places I wanted to see ahd she followed my instructions to the teeth. She was so accommodating in everything I needed it. She never gave me a n attitude especially when I had to make changes at the last minute. It was truly a pleasure to communicate with her. She genuinely made our stay in Bangkok more pleasant and stress free. There is not enough words i can use to describe our driver Mr. Tony, he was professional, patience, and he made us feel safe. He was so puntual! Or day usually started at 8am and he was at the lobby waiting for us by 7:50am truly a professional. He was the perfect person to take our trip. I recommend this company 100% especially if you travel in groups, you can easily divide the cost within your group and you will be surprised how affordable it is to hire your private driver/van in Bangkok….stress free!. Email Cheryl and she will give you a budge according to what you looking for. We were a group of 4 people and we stayed in BKK for 5 days. Our group used Bangkok beyond for all 5 days, 10 hours per day and that included Airport pick up and drop off. Our total was $560 that came out to $140 per person!!!!!! Bangkok Beyond is the best! We booked a private car and driver to Ayutthaya with Jane. They sent Tony as a driver, who was a fantastically nice and helpful person. I highly recommend the company to everyone!

We used Bangkok Beyond or a full week in Bangkok. We got excellent service from them. We visited a lot of sites both in the city and outside. They provided expert guides to join us as well. I highly recommend them when you are visiting Bangkok.
We booked everything with Bangkok Beyond from day one Airport Pick up and return trip, had a two whole day tour within Bangkok and three out of the City whole day Tour. We managed to go to every lists on our itinerary. Going and touring around the Temples in Bangkok, malls, and places we requested from our custom tour. We visited the Sanctuary of Truth rode the elephant. Visited the Floating Market on a boat and walking Tour with our Guide Oat, who was cheerful, and fully informative. We went to the coconut farm, salt farm. The next day we visited Ayutthaya City after visiting the Lopburi Monkey Temple. Cherry facilitated everything for us answering questions and payment clarifications. Tony our English speaking Driver was very courteous, on time and helping us on our itinerary, the ride was comfortable and safe, cold bottled water and refreshing wipes was also provided which surprised us . We enjoyed and had so much fun and was a perfect sightseeing vacation. I would highly recommend Bangkok Beyond for your Touring needs. This is second time I am booking trip with same company, interestingly same issue repeated, as a frequent traveler to Thailand I am very much aware about thai roads tour companies , traffic and hidden surprices etc. after more than a dozen mails to tour operators with all detailed instructions given still after reaching thailand i came to know that i have to pay for some entry passes, as I already told them that i dont need any hidden surprises. so for someone new to this company or country this could be not so nice experience. still companies need to understand , people from first world countries are very transparent about these transactions where these hidden surprises could be a complete turned off. as I am visiting january again for trip am not sure whether I should hire them again or not for same reason.positive.drivers and guide is ( driver sam and oat guide ) always on time. Oat is my favourite and such a great person with great amount of knowledge about history and trip destinations. con.trip planning and communications. surprises in trips ie. extra entry fee or lunch fees etc. please make sure when a customer ask for all included means nothing more to pay in thailand ( other than delay fee due to traffic ) . even sending more than a dozen mail to and fro still had to face same issue. plus unlike other major tour operators in thailand communication delay is an issue with beyond bangkok. i believe operator is not living in thailand.
Private day tour Maeklong Railway Market and Damnan Saduak Floating Market with tour guide Oat and driver Tony – Oat was the perfect host, with local knowledge, lots of humour and perfect organisation! We were well taken care of by him and also by our driver Tony, with his mindful driving. Even special requests (i.e. vegetarian food) were not a problem!
