Jp Andaman Tour is perched on a picturesque hilltop overlooking 83110, Thailand
We book tour for group of 9 persons, tour pick up at hotel about 8am and heading to the pier and transfer to big boat to the island.The tour program at the beginning is very massy,the tour guide just give some information for whole big group to move to the big boat, when we get there and cant find the guide and the other guide (from other boat) ask us to come back and forth, finally getting on the boat but there’s over guests on the boat, there’s not enough seat for us and some other guests. They received more guest than their boat capacity. We ask why then the response is “wait and wait”, we said if there’s not enough seat then please return back the money and we will not use their tour, the guide Sunny said “No, why?? explain this is free seat boat blah blah… if we want go back, jump in the water and swim back…” and the other staff also show very impolite and nonresponsibility attitude.One more thing is the facility on the boat, kitchen area (lunch will be served on the boat) was look not clean…It’s first time ever to see terrible service in our Phuket trip. Of course never using JP Andaman service again.
Before arriving in Phuket for our first holiday in December I researched many tours and thought I had decided on the most expensive one. Upon arriving in Phuket I spoke with a lady who recommended the 11 island overnight Phi Phi island tour – I got several prices and decided to do this trip and paid 4,500BHT pp however I was wary about overcrowding and as my husband and I are in our early 60s I was wondering if we were too old for it but Om at the hotel tour desk at Marina Phuket Hotel assured my husband and I that it would be ok. Well it was more than OK, the whole experience was beyond fabulous. From pick up to drop off, punctuality of the company was exceptional together with the safety of guests, La was our tour guide and she kept us informed about anything and everything, nothing was too much trouble for any of the crew to ensure the 39 people onboard were looked after and especially us as we were the oldest and we felt safe at all times. The whole experience went smoothly, the hotel accommodation was beyond what we expected, food provided was great and plenty of it, fire show on Saturday night was a highlight and the time spent at the islands was not rushed and they were all beautiful. From our experience we would definitely recommend this company and this overnight tour to any who are interested.
Local tour office recommended us Jp Andaman tour while we were searching for a day trip to James Bond island. And I’m happy to say we had a great day, organization, safety on speed boat, information and service were perfect. The day started with pickup from our hotel, transfer to pier, info about safety and places we will visit that day. There was plenty of soft drinks on the boat, crew was helpful and kind, we visited James Bond island, did amazing canoeing at Phang Nga bay Hong island, explored Panak island, had wonderful delicious lunch at Koh Panyee sea village and finally had a cocktail and swimming time at dream come true Nakha island. Thank you for everything. We won’t forget this great trip.
Sent us out in the worse weather possible waves caused injuries to two of our party.with Aunt Sally getting knocked on the back of the head with the heavy float rom the side of the boat .This caused her to loose her top denture plate. We asked to turn the boat around within 5 minutes of leaving Dock They still wanted full price and didn’t give us the opportunity to rebook another day . My friends and I really enjoyed the James Bond Island tour! The big boat was comfortable, great value for money with a nice lunch included, and lots of snacks and soft drinks during the day. Breakfast is small, so we were glad we had eaten beforehand. The staff are friendly and accommodating and we had plenty of time on each island. Despite some rain, we even got in swimming at the last stop. The cherry on top was the lovely driver dropping us to a different location than our pick up (from hotel) as we had to collect a phone from a repair shop that was difficult for us to access otherwise! Really appreciated the kindness and professional service!
Did the James bond Island tour! Kudos to the team. Jessica is an amazing guide. The whole trip was well organised. The weather played truant but the team did a great job of picking the right spots and timings to avoid the rain. The boat was comfortable and we had ana amazing time. Great pricing! Would definitely recommend using this company!
Ok so where to begin, overall this trip is a fabulous experience, and one you’d want to definitely do by speed boat, whether you choose this company or opt for another.The start, 7.30 am pick up with us being first on the the bus, comfortable bus but took 2 hours to get to the port with having numerous pick ups along the way. On arrival you are asked to give your name and sign, what’s not clear is it’s each member of your party who have to sign. You are then ushered off to a seating area which I can only describe as a holding pen, yes you get complimentary juice/water coffee etc but it’s waiting around for others to arrive, at 10.25 we are finally called by our guide Ali baba, who may I add was great, he gave us a run through of the itinerary and what to expect. We were then told to wait again then transferred to the pier to begin our journey. The tour itself was pretty good with the sea conditions being very calm, James Bond island is surreal to see but the water wasn’t as clear as I expected it to be which was disappointing. We had 40 minutes to look around which I thought was too long as once you’ve seen it you’ve seen it.Lunch on the panyee island was tasty, again we had an hour head and to be honest after lunch it’s just stalls of the same holiday tat to buy for you to look at, I’d much rather have had longer at Naka island at the end which by the way is beautiful.The kayaking through the caves was an awesome experience and so glad we did that as I was apprehensive.The return, so after just over an hour at Naka Island it was time to board to return to shore, here’s my first gripe, arriving on the shoreline to have to climb up the rocks to the pavement, no toilets to go to before heading back, I was told the holding pen was closed but I could walk up the street to another toilet, which was also closed. Surely they know some of the customers will have long journeys back to there resorts and would need this facility? The driver was very observant and somehow knew, he pulled into the service station about 20 mins into the journey with bathroom facilities, I suppose my issue is that after a lovely experience of the tour itself, the end was very disappointing, at least keep the holding area facilities open until all your customers are back allowing them to use the bathroom
Many more people than the speedboat was carrying, 50 minutes delay until the transfer bus pick up from our hotel, ironic answer when I sent email to the company We are a group of 11 people and all of us have bad opinion for this tour company
Worse your ever don’t book any cruise and tour with them over crowded way too many ppl. No one was professional when we went to snorkeling area no one was helping us I had to help my friend in the sea. Worse company to go the reason my vacation went great cuz I didn’t book any tour with Andaman. If it says anywhere andaman I told them no absolutely not.
