Stayed at Balcony Party Hostel and signed up for their Pubcrawl . That was the best decision I made for my first solo trip. Enjoyed to the max,made a lot of great friends that doesnt last only during pubcrawl. Though the party was wild,involved few hostels, hopped to few bars and lounges, it was totally safe. The crew for the event done an excellent job, they made sure everybody had fun, mingled around, stayed safe and got drunk ^^ The pictures and videos posted by Balcony hostel surely attracted me and others to book a bed and a ticket to pubcrawl, so kuddos to the photographer too.
Wow what a night, if you into getting a couple of drinks and making new friends then this is the place to be. They take you to load of bars, a “strip club” and a night club. The staff that organise it are amazing and friendly. Christina one of the host of the pub crawl is fantastic she helps put on the lumo paint at the beginning of the evening and really sets the mood for the night. Great time was had I would do it again when in the area.
Best fun in Ao Nang. We were made to feel like the best of mates, especially with Christina. We felt safe in their care as well, considering we were in foreign territory. Were able to just enjoy ourselves to the full!
An unbelievable safe, friendly, and wild experience. Firstly, people were there to make sure everyone had a great time and got back to their hostels safely. Various games were played at each bar with a free drink. I loved the bar variety! Even if you aren’t into a certain type of bar, the next one is a bit different! Expect lots of fun engaging people and lots of available drinks and a designated driver included!My favorite part was the legit reggae bar in the jungle with live music. I met lots of people from all over and had a great time with my girlfriend.

Whilst stopping at the Balcony Party Hostel, we were sold tickets for this pub crawl. I was a bit sceptical about this pub crawl, as it was 450 baht, but it was actually a good night.Not sure about the free vest (I wore it anyway after some alterations with a pair of scissors), but we got a bucket to drink, transport up to the other bars, and we got to meet loads of people. Above all else, we got absolutely smashed, so all in all, it was money well spent! A well organised night out.
At $15 this pub crawl should be something special to warrant the expensive price tag and yet it fails to deliver at every bar.The guys running it have to be the least enthusiastic party promoters on the planet with more enthusiasm seen in a dried leaf floating in a puddle of old urine. Everything you expect on a pub crawl such as drinking games and activities to get a party atmosphere going is more likely to be found at the local 7/11.4 bars playing awful music 1 of them being the hostel they start at and then return top, 4 weak shots and 1 tasteless bucket are all yours for only 450 of your finest Thai baht. The guys running the event play only trap music and would believe an announcement that “paint is over there” is enough to be classed as creating a party atmosphere.This review may sound harsh but the best part of the night was getting back into town and leaving the “crawl.Save your money and do the Koh tao pub crawl instead. Balcony hostel and the guys running this sham should be ashamed… If you no longer have the drive to throw a party then find another job

Great experience for those looking to make friends, “friends” or just to see a bunch of Krabi’s pubs in one go for a pretty reasonable price. The welcome drink included in the ticket was so large it saw me through the rest of the evening. The main thing that stood out was the attitude of the hosts/organisers. They were friendly and encouraged mingling and drinking, but without being overtly pushy or aggressive. They were super on the ball about safety- one of them saw me trailing behind (looking for toilet) and thought I was going to go missing and immediately and gently caught ahold of me to check how I was doing, and you can see them scanning the group to see how everyone is doing, taking to those who are hanging back a bit more or sitting down etc
