  1. Great experience, very friendly people! We had a wonderful time there. We will never forget this! One world : Amazing.

  2. Great experience for kids and also for us. Swim , clean and fid the elephhant. So beautiful place and so hospitable owner. Really recommend!!!

  3. This was rather disappointing to see how the elephants were treated- the tour guides were carrying hook shaped instruments which one would only expect they would use as a method of hurting the elephants if the elephant went off track. I would not suggest for anybody to ride elephants and use this time to go and visit an elephant sanctuary where you can just bathe them which is much more of a cruelty free experience.

  4. We had a fantastic time at the camp. The couple who look after Pookie were very nice and friendly. What I liked most was there were no crowds or anyone else for that matter. I booked for 0930 and arrived about ten minutes early. We spent until 1100 with Pookie on our own in the water washing & scrubbing her. Feeding her bananas. She loved the attention. she was free to do what she wanted. she genuinely seemed to enjoy the interaction. The couple answered all our questions and provided tea & cake at the end. it cost 2000 tbh for two of us and we think it was well worth it. We got ourselves to the location which was pretty easy to find.

  5. We were greeted with a big warm smile and encourage to come and visit ‘Pookie’ who loves a bath even in the rain. We felt very comfortable and the natural setting was amazing. No fencing and freedom for Pookie to walk around melted our hearts. We believed the relationship between the Sin and Pookie was very caring and genuine. Everyone there was friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend and hope you feel them same as we did. We happily bought the photos she took of us bathing Pookie as a memento and donated extra as Pookie eats a lot and donations are needed to keep her in great health. A must see!

  6. 10/10. This place is a hidden gem, where a happy elephant Pucki resides on a large territory, surrounded by the love of caring owners. Visitors are given a basket of bananas to enjoy some quality time with the animal, amidst the tranquility of nature without fences or buildings. Pucki flaps her ears in delight when stroked or hugged. The owners are incredibly friendly. For 200 baht per person, the experience is well worth it. I recommend everyone to visit and meet the elephant. Your visit acts as a donation to a family business that has been operating for generations.

  7. Lovely time with Puky and her owners.Unendless washing, feeding…. Private just for us. Perfect.Easy to find from Bangsak Beach, only 5 Minutes to drive. Highly recommend ❤️??

  8. We had a great time with pooki and the people (nono and are husband) who care for himThey are lovely people who take the time to talk with you The elephant looks well treated, it is free and is not tied We were able to pet him and take pictures with him without time limit This is not an activity catch touristsDon’t hesitate to go see him

  9. Beautiful experience with the cute Elephant Pookie and her owners.Near Khao Lak (and therefore without hiking very long) I found 2 gentlemennice and very nice who made us play with Pookie for 1 hour. You need reservation but it was just me with my family and so I could take pictures, videos, feed and wash Pookie always quiet and hungry for Bananas.Experience highly recommended,

  10. We were able to book a trip to an elephant via a WhatsApp number recommended to us. From The Sands in KhaoLak to the “Camp” it took 20-30 minutes by MiniVan. Via the number: +66 88 441 1217 we were able to make a trip to the elephant lady Phuki including transfer with a minibus for 3300 THB for two adults and two small children.Includes PRIVATE feeding of 25 year old elephant lady PHUKI, incl., washing with a garden hose and feeding again with bananas. The owners on site are really very dear people. They explained and showed us all kinds of things. Have interacted lovingly with our children and have responded to our wishes. On the pictures on Instagram I saw that a bath with the elephant would have been possible. We shawbn up and don’t want to make them for our toddlers in the first place.
