R You Go Khoalak By Guide Arisara is perched on a picturesque hilltop overlooking 1/88 Khuk Khak Subdistrict, Takua Pa District, Phang Nga Province -, 82190, Thailand
The 3-day tour was worth every cent! The highlights included feeding and bathing elephants, a night in a tree house, a night in a hut right on the lake (no electricity, no internet, pure nature), a round of night kayaking, a short hike through the jungle, countless wild animals.Our guide, Aris, accompanied us for all three days. She was extremely helpful, in a good mood and committed. She tried to explain to us how and when to best spot animals (day and night). She also repeatedly told stories about customs and practices as well as about the culture and food in Thailand. In addition, she was very concerned about safety and tried to offer us the best of this program.All in all, I had the impression that it was absolutely not a run-of-the-mill guide and also not a run-of-the-mill tour. We were a small group of 4 people and spent the night completely alone with the national park rangers at the end of the lake, no other guests. The tour with Aris is highly recommended, I will also book others if I am in the area again.
We spent 3 days with Aris in Khao Sok National Park. It was wonderful, the pick-up from the hotel went smoothly, she always made sure we had water and snacks. A strong recommendation. We saw wild elephants and slept in bamboo huts by the lake – definitely the highlight of my Thailand trip. And she speaks very good German. I can only recommend her to everyone.
Absolutely amazing tour through Khao Sok National Park – stunning wildlife and landscapes, and Aris was so fun, attentive and knowledgeable about the animals and plants! We saw hornbills, bison, mousedeer, and 3 elephants!!!! Such a unique and incredible experience being back to basics and wonderful nature – thank you so much!
We spent three days with her in Khao Sok. She speaks very good English and German. She is open and tells the unvarnished truths – her background knowledge is very extensive. We were able to ask a lot of questions. You can tell that she loves jungle animals. Especially the elephants. The three days had a lot to offer. The accommodation in the tree house was very chic, then it got adventurous, just as we wanted. It was just a shame that not everyone in the group had the right expectations. Of course, you have to be patient with wild animals and accommodation 50 kilometres from the last supermarket is not a 5-star hotel. A real jungle atmosphere with a great soundscape. We saw wild elephants, gibbons, a cobra in the water, a spectacled monkey, eagles, hornbills, puffer fish, monitor lizards, monkeys, deer and much more. Any time again 🙂
The last 3 days we spent with Arisara were unforgettable. She is a very committed and passionate person who enjoys her work and shows it. She always looked after us and was very helpful. We can only recommend everyone to book the tour with her!
It was an incredible experience! Aris was great as our tour guide, she has a lot of background knowledge and was able to teach us a lot about the animals and their tracks… Aris was very keen to show us all the beautiful things in the national park and she also speaks great German. She also took great care of our safety and we had a lot of fun together. The bamboo huts (without electricity, internet…) are very simple but definitely worth the experience… long clothes for the hike are advantageous.We can definitely recommend Aris and the tour! 🙂
Arisara is the best Tour Guide you could’ve ever asked for. She’s friendly, witty and an absolut gem! Arisara showed us the most beautiful spots, caves, places to swim in. And some secret spots.The camp was relaxing and had great staff. Everyone was very friendly. I’d love to book with her again!
