The atmosphere of the spa was very relaxing. The staff was very friendly. The massage with Saifon was one of the best I have ever had.
Have visited many Spa with special package for body.. Mind.. Facial.. Pedicure and scrub.. and still onn……This one place gave me the difference in Quality and the ambience.. Visit this place to get the best experience.. It is bit expensive but value for money.. .Good place to go with Family.. Have nice sit out and the peace is all around the place. People with regular thought Spa as sex clubs avoid this… This is pure Spa…
It was perfect to have a massage after a long day full of meetings. Love the kindness of the people and the massage was excellent.
Just a great way to end the day with the wonderful treatment at the spa, Joe and June were the therapist that night and they have great knowledge about the acupuncture points, the strength of the pressure was to the point and we would definitely come back again.
Went there again with my girlfriend and loved it. My 4th time at the Spa and end to end the experience was excellent as always. We had scrubs, 15 mins in tub, and a relaxing oil massage for a total 2 hour session.Nice to have had the reception know the types of scrubs and oils I had on prior visits so I could choose a different one if desired.Great consistent service and you will leave renewed and looking forward to coming back in the future.Spa has a membership which I suggest considering if you plan to be a return and frequent customer like we are. Good value. My girlfriend is a member and we have certainly made good use of its benefits.Relax and enjoy!
The second you open the door to the spa the beautiful scents, the soft lighting and the rich warm wood beckons you into something special. As you reach the reception Kie the host welcomes you with a warm smile. You then sit down to drink an anti-oxidant juice and enjoy a warm towel with a delightful eucalyptus scent. I selected the 60 minute aromatherapy massage to relieve stress from work and from my long trip from San Francisco to Bangkok. Soon my massage therapist Pond appeared and took me down a softly lit hallway to my massage room. The ample massage room has everything you need for after your session: toilet, shower, amenities etc. Pond did an exceptional job in releasing stress and knots, and was especially attentive to particular body areas that were sensitive due to a recent surgery. During that hour all my worries melted away under the blossom oil massage. After the massage was over I took a shower and went back to reception for a relaxing green tea and tea cookies. The experience was so amazing that I booked another one for tomorrow also with Pond. Yes you will find cheaper massages in Bangkok but don’t risk going to an inexperienced or unreputable place. The Viva Jiva spa will leave you like new! We already visited a lot of SPA’s in different hotels but this was surely our best experience. Before the treatment the therapists asked about our health conditions and problems and then they adjust the treatment concerning our information. The ambience was perfect (temperature, music, massage bed) and the treatment was exactly with the right pressure without pain. The therapists Maew and Pim were very friendly and spoke good english. We know the price at the hotel is higher than outside but what you get is more then you expect. Thank you very much and we will come back.
I loved every second of my experience at viva spa. From the moment you walk in, during your service and the time you leave you are treated like an honored guest. If you have the opportunity to treat yourself while in Bangkok I highly recommend
After traveling two weeks, thank you for the aromatherapist helping me to eliminate fatigue .The environment in the lobby is very comfortable. The reception staff is also very decent. The only small regret is that the previous user’s underwear and hair remained in the toilet and bathroom. a little would be better for the cleaning.在旅行兩週之後疲憊的身體在這裡得到休息和放鬆。位在Landmark 飯店樓上的Spa，環境很舒服，價格也不會太高，接待人員很得體很有禮貌，唯一的小遺憾是上一位使用者的內褲和頭髮殘留在浴室，感覺清潔人員可以更細心一點會更好。
Excellent, skilled therapists. Super clean and luxurious rooms. Our couples’ room had a shower, a bath and a toilet en suite. Went for 90 min scrub and aromatic candle. Memorable and definitely worth the price.
