From start to finish the yacht and atmosphere was amazing. We loved the music and the cool breeze against our faces as we set sail from the dock. As soon as you sit on board this yacht you are greeted really friend served welcome drinks and also, every person working was very helpful. The music was amazing and the ice cream, food, and drinks were good. Me and my friends had an amazing time, and we will definitely be visiting again when we come to Phuket.This yacht is a must book,when visiting the island!Thank-you Ombre for the awesome hospitality
Nice sailing yacht catamaran with friendly staff. Sunset spot is very nice. Recommend you who seek Joyable party boat with DJ, music and dance. Guide Mike is very informative and lovely.

Absolutely great experience with Mike and his team. Perfect cruise to James Bond Island, swim stop and canoeing. One of the best trips we’ve booked over the years. Great food included, and good music! Thank you everyone!!

Dinner on board gave us food poisoning. If you want to sit at the front of the boat it is an extra fee. Staff were nice, itinerary was okay.
We had booked another company but they cancelled the order due to “maintenance” and offered to join the Ombre catamaran of the competitor. We didnt expect anything but this trip was fantastic organized. Nine crew members for 19 guests were capable not to serve only but also to give everybody personal attention and started a party on board. A day we will never forget anymore! Ombre, please pamper your crew. They are fantastic!

I was really looking forward to the Ombre cruise after booking, especially since we were promised a luxury experience. Unfortunately, there were several aspects of the trip that were disappointing.First, the transport that picked us up from the hotel was subpar. It didn’t meet the standard we were expecting for a luxury experience and left us feeling let down right from the start.The biggest disappointment, however, came upon arrival at the cruise check-in. The reception process was less than welcoming, which was a stark contrast to the expectations set when we made our booking. To make matters worse, Tata, the host we encountered, was nothing short of unpleasant. She was rude, abrupt, and didn’t seem at all interested in making the guests feel comfortable or valued. Her attitude really set a negative tone for the rest of the experience, and it was honestly the worst service I’ve ever encountered from a host.Overall, the Ombre cruise itself was a pleasant experience. The journey itself was enjoyable, and the scenic views were beautiful, offering a relaxing experience on the water. Given the promises of luxury, the overall experience fell short, especially with the lack of hospitality from key staff. For the price and reputation, I expected much better service and attention to detail. Hopefully, this is an isolated incident, but as of now, I can’t recommend this cruise based on my experience.
