Pha Soet Hot Spring is perched on a picturesque hilltop overlooking Moo 6 Pha Soet Phatthana Village, 57000, Thailand
The hot springs can be found on the way to the white temple in Chiang Rai. Have a stop here, enjoy some drinks at 7/11 and see the hot water coming out of the earth. People are boiling noodles and eggs in this boiling water… nice to see it as it is on the way only…
It’s kind of stinky here, and not really spa-like in any way. We dipped our feet in the very hot river/pool. We also tasted some quail’s eggs, which had been cooked in the hot water (like 8, with soy sauce, for 20 baht).
It is just a quick stop if you are on your way to Chang Raí. Nothing to see with hot springs. Not worth it
We visited the baths during our latest visit to Chiang Rai Province. Lovely, relaxing experience. Not expensive. Thoroughly recommended.
These are quite unique and a good picture inclusion! Slight sulphur smell but nothing too drastic. It is said you can boil eggs in the hot spring water.
We dropped by here as part of a tour to Chiang Rai departing from Chiang Mai. I thought it was a nice place to make a brief stop, although wouldn’t have wanted to make the journey specially.
This was part of our day tour to Chiang Rai. Really just looked like a steamy well. Good to stop a stretch our legs .
A differ type of experience. Besides the out door pools you can rent a private room for up to 3 people and it has its our hot springs pool.
Good coffee stop enroute between Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai. Ladies boil eggs in the hot springs. You can take off your shoes and soak your feet too.
Great to see if you are traveling between Chiang Mai and Phayao. Some times the height of the spout can’t get up to 15 meters
