It’s been almost a month since my trip to Thailand and I’m still thinking about the massage I had here at the Royal Orchid Spa with masseuse Wanda. I have therapeutic massages often, wherever I go. Many are just ok experiences, but now and then there’s someone who is really paying attention, understands bodies, and has fantastic hands and technique. Wanda was really a standout masseuse! The spa itself is lovely, well designed, clean and professional, just as you’d expect in a high end hotel. Well worth making this part of your visit.
I am a first timer in Bangkok. So maybe I did something wrong (but then got it right). I got 2 $10-20 Thai massages near the hotel (clothes on, mostly feet and shoulders). I honestly felt like I had been beat up. So I decided to take the plunge for a splurge at the hotel. I told the spa what I had experienced and they recommended the de-stress aroma massage. I went with the 90 minutes. Jeya was amazing. She used medium pressure (which is what I asked. She had such warm gentle hands. This! Was the massage I was looking for. Thank you Jeya!
This restaurant service is good and the food is excellent. It sits facing the river and making the dining experience very good. Worth a visit.
I was greeted by a friendly Spa Manager, Khun Sup with full of smile and a welcome drink. I was feeling tired and Khun Sup nicely asked me on how she can help me to release those tensions from my back. So she suggested having After Touchdown Package (90 mins). Few massage oils (fantastic smell) to choose and I chose Exotic because it speaks to me as I lovveeee the smell of jasmine.Then I was brought to our room. I was starstruck! The view of Chao Phraya review was spectacular. The whole process started by calling the masseuses by hitting a gong. Then she came and gave me welcome foot ritual. The massage was awesome and so relaxing. Requested medium pressure and she excelled it amazingly.A must come again spa! You guys should experience it as they are having ongoing happy hour promotion. Go and seek Khun Sup. She will be happy to assist you.
There was a wonderful welcome and right from the start the experience was going to be special, we were invited to take some cool refreshing tea before the treatments just gorgeous. Ms Tip was my masseuse and I can honestly say she was wonderful I would say this was the most enjoyable massage and spa experience I’ve ever had and I’ve had them in many countries but this by far for me the very best experience. If I had more time left here I’d definitely go again loved it

Tranquil, professional bliss! We had the Mandara facial, same room, which was beautiful, overlooking the Chao Phraya river. Our therapists Bud & Poy were delightful, the facial surpassed our expectation, it’s more than a facial. They don’t leave you at all. I’ve had many facials where they slap on the product and then leave you, not here! Continuous head, shoulder, arms/hand, feet massage. Worth every penny for the ambience and their superb training. The view of the River is amazing, the staff are well trained and they makes us comfortable to do the massage, also they adjusting the pressure like we want it! We just did a 2hours package of Body Scrub and Balinese Massage with their new Mango Scrubs and oils ? Smells are soooo good, a must try! ??
