My family of 5 booked Mr Pipat Khanti – whatsapp contact number +66 89 672 4249, for our recent trip to bangkok and Khao Yai. His command of English is very good and is very responsive on whatsapp, making booking and communication very smooth. Mr Pipat’s taxi is very clean and can comfortably fit 5 adults and 5 small luggages. He is very friendly and trustworthy, and knowledgeable on road directions and places on interest in both bangkok and Khao Yai. He is a very safe and considerate driver as well, accommodating our requests and even suggesting possible places of interest to visit during our stay there, which made our stay very memorable. Highly recommend Mr Pipat to anyone, especially families, visiting BKK and/or nearby places such as Khao Yai, Pattaya, Ayuthaya etc !
Tried booking transport in Bangkok for a full day but Mr. Surasak apparently forgot to pay his phone bill, so I booked an airport transfer from Khlong San area to Don Mueang airport with him instead. He couldn’t drive us himself, but sent his friend Mr. Pitchet to drive us there, picking us up at 6 AM. He waited for us to get ready and got us to the airport on time, going through back roads we haven’t passed before which gave us a glimpse of early morning in Bangkok. The driving felt a bit unsafe at times with the speeding, but not as bad as a lot of other taxi drivers in Bangkok. Mr. Surasak was incredibly kind and friendly throughout the arrangement process and Mr. Pitchet did his job well
This is my second time ordering Mr.Tum to be our guide and our driver at Thailand.. we go to Khao yai, and Pattaya.. He pick up with a big smile. His car is Innova and early from the airport and go straight to Pattaya.. his choice of food is excellent with our tastes and cheap also.. he go with us for four day and take us to many places at khao yai and pattaya.. he’s not using GPS because he really know the street even the small alley.. if we go for the show.. he always standby and pick up on time.. his car is always clean and his english is not bad..the last day before we go home. We ask him to go around Bangkok.. he is patient and we go early and back at midnight .. he will take us anywhere without counting how many hour he spend with us. If u go to Bangkok and need a good driver, polite and humble i recomend u to contact him.. his car can fit to 7 people..Mr.Tum +66827028083.. have a nice holiday..
I contacted Mr. Surasak for our trip to Khao Yai from Bangkok. He recommendes Mr. Jirasak for us. Mr. Jirasak arrived on time and was very friendly and engaging. He drove us (group of 6) safely to Hobbit House, Primo Piazza and Home Dairy Restaurant. I’ll be sure to book him again when we visit Thailand again.P.S. we also book him to take us to Giant Ibis Bus Terminal.
Booked Mr Pipat Khanti for tour for family of 6. He quoted 1500baht for a day trip of 12 hours. He came at 11.30am, so the trip should end at 11.30pm. Upon artival at our hotel, Mr Pipat suddenly got angry and demanded for 2500baht claiming it was late night at 11.30pm. We were shocked bcoz that was part of the deal. He even refused to take us to airport next day and just abandoned us at the hotel!! The taxi is old innova and had a loud sound from one of the rear wheels but he ignored our request to have it checked at the mechanic during our trip. Excuse given is that it can only be repaired at his company garage next day. Earlier, Mr Pipat took us to unnecessary places not in the itinerary, both costly and uninteresting. Will never recommend him to anyone. Very sweet talking but end result is bitter!! BE CAREFUL GUYS!!

Half day for 6 hours inside city1500 B.Price include tolls for highway, carpark feeAnd he give me schedule of program (Places and time) before he flies. after I met him and during the trip he ad the places to visit but still keep same price and last day he needs half day tour. and give me 11.30h.but I went there at 11.00h.He tell a lie..and he change program again..to Ayuthaya (outside Bangkok)after finish and back to Bangkok..he continues to shopping mall and then night market until 23.30 h…so It’s one day trip but he try to pay for half day.every place he decided not me I just drive follow…I had many groups booked me .but never have problems..Warning to all drivers..Be careful to make the deal with some kind of people (They are more dangerous than poison snake..Thai people know these very well) because they try to ad more place more time but try to keep same price
Mr Surasak recommended Mr Don to us, he and his wife really looked our family of 6 very well, and they accommodated our requests for specific lunch venues with no complaints. We had a pleasant trip with Mr Don and his wife, Mr Don speaks English so no worries on communication, and he was very prompt in his timing, hence there was no long waits for him on our part. We needed to hire a car with driver in Bangkok due to our elderly father who uses a wheelchair, and we knew that getting on & off public transportations would be a challenge. Through reviews on Trip Advisor, my sister found Mr. Pipat Khanti who responded to my every question and concern through WhatsApp since months prior to our actual trip. He’s very knowledgable and offered sound suggestions on places to visit (and not to visit), keeping in mind at all times that we would have an elderly in a wheelchair with us. Found out that Mr. Pipat himself would not be driving us, but had staff members who would be available. We were picked up by Mr. Somsak from the airport, though it was Mr. Charlie that became our main driver throughout the trip.At first I was a little skeptical due to the language barrier, as Mr. Charlie speaks very basic English, in the end, however, we had one of the best experiences in the city!! He truly took great care of us as a group, tried his absolute best to communicate with us—and we understood perfectly—but most importantly, he was extremely thoughtful of our dad. When discussing places to visit he always took wheelchair accessibillity into serious consideration and would offer us sensible options, ie. If you go to so-and-so, it’s not very wheelchair-friendly but most likely walkable without any steep stairs to worry about (at this point he already understood our dad’s mobility limitations), but perhaps this-and-this would be better instead. Mr. Charlie even helped push/pull the wheelchair during walks on more challenging terrains, and when we stopped at the Death Railway for pictures, Mr. Charlie took care of our dad who couldn’t join us up on the train track. This was not part of his job, obviously, but he did it from the heart as if he was taking care of his own father.On our last day in Bangkok we had planned to take an easy afternoon and visit their newest supermall Icon Siam, then have dinner on the riverside. Mr. Charlie liked that suggestion, but also threw in an option to drive us to ancient city Ayutthaya, which was 1.5hrs away from Bangkok. With the very limited English he actually really SOLD us on the Ayutthaya option, and boy were we glad to have gone there instead!! It is a beautiful place, tranquil with very minimal tourists (it was a Wednesday), and most importantly, our elderly father also enjoyed his time there.Mr. Charlie also took us to a couple of Thai restaurants off the beaten path that offered home-cooked Thai dishes during our trip. He mentioned that many drivers receive commissions from local restaurants, but he chose a different route for us, restaurants that he himself would take his family to eat, which he did not get commissions for. One restaurant in Ayutthaya was a floating restaurant that served the absolute BEST stir fried morning glory we’ve had!As a family we were extremely impressed with the service that Mr. Charlie provided. One of the days we had a couple of friends join us for the day. Total of 6 people, plus wheelchair, in a 7-seater Innova, and it proved to be quite comfortable! We had a half-hour later start than planned that day (unexpected moments can come up when traveling with elderlies) and were prepared to miss the Kachanaburi train that would take us on the Death Railway, but Mr. Charlie did his extreme best to get us there on time—and we got to experience the train ride after all!! Later he told us that he constantly communicated with Mr. Pipat throughout our drive there to check the train’s whereabouts, making sure that he was driving (very safely) according to time so we would make it to the train. It also ended up being an extremely long day for all of us, about 13hrs!Also, since none of us spoke a lick of Thai other than “hello” and “thank you”, he also served as a translator at local restaurants that no tourists would know about.I highly recommend connecting with Mr. Pipat Khanti or Mr. Charlie directly to reserve their services. Note that Mr. Pipat is a very, very busy guy; he may not be available to drive for you, but after our experience with Mr. Charlie, we can say that his staff and/or colleagues are highly reliable, extremely kind and respectful, and treated us as if we were his own family! Seven stars!!Prices (Nov 22-28, 2019) – for a whole day:Approximately THB 2,000-2,500 for Bangkok city and Ayutthaya (up to 2hrs drive away from city)Approximately THB 3,000-3,500 for further routes (Kanchanaburi, etc. – up to 3.5hrs drive away from the city)*No surcharge for longer days vs. shorter days, but please tip handsomely as these guys are really amazing!!
