  1. Hotel transfers were just fantastic in Bangkok. First one included a delayed flight but nothing was too much trouble. We had to amend the time of the second one. This was done in 5 minutes on the telephone and confirmed in writing at our hotel later the same afternoon. Then the driver arrived early but was happy to sit and wait. Just faultless.

  2. We couldn’t rate Exo Travel Thailand more highly, very pleasant transfer from the airport to the hotel. Brilliant tour of both the Train and Floating markets with the lovely Nikki, such a fun day filled with a huge amount of knowledge and information. We particularly loved the train market, trying new fruits for us and the train passing just in front of our nose! Then today we had the gorgeous Tina guiding our walking food tour, which was incredible. The visit to the Wat Suthat Temple was amazing, so much information and knowledge. And then our visit to LOTS of local food vendors. Absolutely delicious and tried so many things which without Tina we wouldn’t have. She was brilliant with the kids, so nice and funny with no pressure. We all came back to the hotel with full tummies!

  3. Transfers everywhere were excellent in Bangkok and Phuket. Tours in Bangkok disappointing. Guide ( he said his name was Eddie but that could change I think) had poor English and lacked basic knowledge. Also not very interested. We had the same guide for two tours. Introduction to Bangkok and the River Kwai. City tour began well with public boat to the area where the temples were. They are amazing. Very short tuk tuk trip ( we could easily have walked) and no sky train. Very little information on the temples and history from the guide and feel we could easily have done this trip ourselves. He basically paid the fares and pointed us to the temples which we visited alone. Same guide for next trip. Comfortable car and drive. Guide spoke to the driver not us as we drove to catch the train. A very long wait ( well over an hour) for the train in a very small station. Boring! No chat either. Arrived at the bridge and disembarked. We would have loved to stay on the train. The scenery was just getting very interesting. Lots of people were just getting on there and the photos shown in the guide seem to have been of the next part of the train journey. Guide left us to walk the bridge. Interesting. Then car reappeared and we went for lunch ( very very poor) by the river. View was fabulous of the river but restaurant awful. Caters for hundreds. Paper plates and large self serving pots!!! Then back to car to view the cemetery and the museum. Again guide just dropped us and waited with the driver. The museum was great and gave us some understanding of the suffering endured during the war. Overall we spent a large part of the day wasting time and were fed up and asked the driver to drive back to the hotel rather than the farm trip which we feared would be more wasted time. River Kwai is a long way from Bangkok roughly 3 hours there and three hours back. If the guide was better it might have been worth it. But I really would advise travellers to pick another tour and do the train trip further.

  4. We booked our holiday in the UK with Trailfinders who in turn employed Exo Travel in Thailand. We had a number of guides throughout our travels, all were fantastic but a special mention must go to Zanthana Zanthadisorn otherwise known as Nuna. We were together for 7 days, she kept us entertained, informed and amused. Her English is very good and kept us smiling throughout. She looked after us really well and would not hesitate in recommending her. She even took us into the airport to assist with checking in. She is a credit to Exo Travel. Our whole time in Thailand ran like clockwork, a big thanks to Exo Travel

  5. Two tours, one ‘Introduction to Bangkok’ and the second ‘Floating markets’ both with the same guide, Ken (his Thai name is unpronounceable and certainly unspellable in English) from Exo travel. In both cases Ken was a good host and guide; we were rather ‘Wotted out’ after several hours looking at the various ‘Wots’ in central Bangkok and he was flexible enough to take us to the flower market which was a good foil to the grandeur of the Wots. The Floating markets tour involves an hour or so a comfortable minivan then wandering around a market selling the usual tut plus the most amazing array of fish – very clean, very fresh and no smell. Then a boat trip in a punt being fed to various stalls selling the same tut every 20 feet or so; we’d already bought our tut in the market visited earlier in the day. Very busy and congested waterway but the boat drivers were clearly skilled demonstrating excellent boat craft. All very much the tourist trip but interesting and useful to be in the company of Ken who seemed to know exactly where to stand when the train came through the market – if you do the trip you’ll find out what I mean. If you don’t no amount of explanation can cover it.

  6. Used them for trips and transfers. Very professional and courteous. All guides were competent. One outstanding. JJ in Bangkok. Had a brilliant time with her around the temples.

  7. Booked a trip to Thailand with Trailfinders who booked us with EXO for our transfers to/from Phuket airport to hotel and the same from/to Bangkok Airport. They used new modern minivans all with air conditioning and were all ways and on time on all occasions.Drivers were friendly and professional at all times.Would definitely use and recommend EXO.

  8. EXO Travel was wonderful. Our travel guide, Anek Chucherd, was absolutely amazing. He was so knowledgeable and gave us so much great information about each site we explored, and his stories were such a treat. He is a very nice guide with exceptional relationship skills with people. Our driver, while his English was limited, was also amazing as he tried to the best of his ability to communicate with us with a big smile always on his face. When in Thailand, do yourself a favor and request Anek Chucherd as your EXO guide. You will be glad you did.

  9. Used exo travel via trailfinders for airport transfers / introduction to Bangkok and dinner cruise- all excellent Big thanks to our tour guide Bang who who was brilliant showing us around and setting up everything for our cruise .Would highly recommend

  10. From start to finish, EXO Travel exceeded our expectations. All of the guides that we had for each part of our trip in Thailand were exceptional and all were LGBTQ friendly (my wife and I were traveling to Thailand for our honeymoon). Malee was full of knowledge about Bangkok and Thai culture, and she was always willing to answer any silly questions we had. She went out of her way to make sure we always made it home safely. Boonsong (Sam) was also amazing during the portion of our trip up in Northern Thailand, making sure every part of the day we were with him went smoothly! Our last guide Goon up in Northern Thailand was also so sweet and willing to answer all of our questions. They were always on time and had great recommendations for any area we were interested in. Highly recommend using them for booking private guides and road transfers!

  11. A fantastic and memorable private tour with our wonderful guide ‘Pla’ and lovely driver to a local village and the river Kwai. They were both warm, fun, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We were picked up from our hotel in very comfortable transport to a local village outside Bangkok. The local guides also gave us a very warm welcome and took us to the rice fields and plum trees to see how they grow and are harvested. We watched a lovely local lady in her home making some delicious plum cake and got to eat them after. We visited a local textile lady in her home skilfully make fabric with a traditional weaving machine and using the local cotton. The Kanchanaburi War cemetery and museum was very interesting, sobering and informative and the bridge on the river Kwai was fascinating. Included was a delicious lunch with stunning view over the river. Would definitely recommend this trip with Exo via Trailfinders.
