My wife and I both got a massage from here and we’re both shocked at how rude our masseurs were. When we asked them to not poke our backs with their elbows because it was too painful they argued with us and started talking in Thai and laughing. The following massage was lack lustre and basically just them leaning on our back. Basically you get what you get you can’t ask them to change anything. Also there was a la k of privacy where women were lying topless on their beds with the curtain fully open with other patrons coming through.
Sabai sabai has air condition, clean facilities and just righ volume for the relaxing music. Very good and professional massage. Excellent service. After the massage you can have tea and small snacks before stepping out happy and relaxed. Very suitable also for the families, no sex related Services available nor offered.
Went to this place because we noticed across the street from the Sugar & Spice restaurant. The massage salon looked very inviting. We were very happy with the choice. My husband and I both had aroma oil massage. Very nice experience, we both immensely enjoyed it. Price is lower than elsewhere in Kata.

We tried a lot of massage places & we came here twice.Although not perfect. It was the best in terms of therapists. Large complex, plenty of therapists, standard Kata pricing & reasonably clean throughout. However, they do sting you with a 3% charge if paying by card.Could do with new carpet on the stairs & renovation to the toilets.Nice cup of tea & packet of biscuits served up after the massage.
Went to sabai sabai 2 in kata and I must say was the best message we received while we where here. The therapist’s where very friendly and professional and was amazing. The place is neat and quite for perfect relaxation. Prices are good would go back any day
needless to say many Massage parlours in thailand but this one was recommended by our tour rep and we can highly recommend it
Manager is absolutely rude! Told us that it would be a 20minute wait , so we sat on the bench outside the salon. 20minutes passed and so asked how much longer? She then responds with your booking cancelled! So no warning , she just left us waiting and either didn’t like the fact we asked how long do we have to wait as 20 minutes had passed. So she decided to not serve us or they really are disorganised and lack customer service!!
The worst manager I have ever dealt with in Thailand.Tried to charge us extra and when she was called out, she just said our booking was canceled.
