Freedom Tour & Taxi Service is perched on a picturesque hilltop overlooking Thailand
It was a very good trip. I used a rental car with a driver who was like another travel companion, taking photos and eating together.
I really recommend taking a tour with Jay! She such a kind person, and a safe driver. She speaks fluent English and was nice to have conversations with. She was very flexible because I had suggested a daily schedule myself, and everything was fine for her.
It was the best trip! We took two tours with a guide. The guide drove safely and kept the exact meeting time. She responded quickly. She took pictures of us at the tourist attractions and explained things to us. The taxi price was also the cheapest. She is the friendliest person in Chiang Mai!
I have used this taxi service many times. The driver always comes early. She is very polite and drive carefully. And she knows the tour routes in Chiang Mai very well.

I booked a last-minute transfer from Chiang Mai to Sukhothai, and the experience was exceptional. The driver was punctual, the car was spacious and spotlessly clean, AC and bottles of water provided. The entire journey was smooth and comfortable. Communication with Jay was excellent throughout the process, making sure all our needs were met for a fantastic experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again. Highly recommend!

We took a taxi with Freedom tour from sukhothai to chiang mai and everything was perfect! Our driver, Miss Natcharpat, was a perfect driver, very kind and she drove us very safe to our destination! 5 stars!
We did a ~ 3 hour drive through ‘freedom tours’ to get from Chiang Mai to Pai. We had a great driver who helped make it a fun time despite it being a long ride with lots of turns. We stopped at a view point and got to play our own music in the car.
Jay took us to the sticky waterfalls on a fun half day trip. She was a great driver, very organised with water and tissues and showed us how to go up the waterfalls so we felt safe to continue on our own. She offered her knowledge of the local area and gave us plenty of private time to explore the area at our own pace and even recommended a nice cafe to stop at on the way home. You will be in great hands!
Rek was an amazing driver and a very kind person . Our trip was safe ( he drive excellent ) and aslo e gabe is bery good suggestions , place and restaurant and he was so patient and calm. Excellent trip day and he speaks english very well ! That’s here in Thailand is a very important thing
We (family of 3) did a half day private taxi tour to the Sticky Waterfall and Cave Buddha. Jay was an excellent driver and an informal but very knowledgeable guide. She took really good care of us the whole day. She accompanied us up the waterfall to make sure we knew how to navigate it carefully, and helped to take some memorable photos/videoa. On the way back to the city, she went out of the way to find us a restaurant had vegetarian options for our party. Overall we would unhesitatingly recommend Jay to anyone with a small group who wants a private taxi. And we would definitely reach out to her for more trips the next time we are in Chiang Mai!

Jay had one of her drivers take us from Chiang Rai to Chiang Mai. Punctual and polite. Did the job perfectly.So we contacted Jay to ask her to arrange a day trip from Chiang Mai to Doi Inthanon National Park. Jay took the trip herself and was excellent. Was one of the best (possibly the best) days of our month trip to Thailand and Malaysia. Of course the NP played a big part in that experience, but it was Jay who facilitated it for us – and she was truly excellent.
