  1. I joined the bootcamp for 4 weeks bootcamp. First 2 weeks right after arriving in Chiang Mai, then 4 weeks Midweek-course and 2 weeks of bootcamp again to finish.Even thought the trainers take on every level of fitness to improve, i was there for weight loss and building back basic muskels. I realy enjoyed working with my trainers and by giving me and my problem that level of intentision, I started to work hard and saw improvement day by day. Beside sport I have also changed my diet to Paleo and it was great to take the coffee breaks and ask Michelle questions about the do’s and dont’s to better understand Paleo step by step.One important thing to mention is their methode of keeping you going all day. They show you the city while taking you around for the next excercise and to the best lunches in lokal restaurants. So you are never stranded in a gym and time just flies by!I have archived to lose 18kg over 10 weeks and I can see a new and stronger me in the mirror. I still have some more to loose, but through an acctual learning progress, rather then just doing, I can now applie what had brought me this far in my life back home and keep it up and going!I am happy and thankful to find this program. It changed my life and I will never forget the time spend together. Thanks Michelle, Mango, Rin, Rugby & the great Muay Thai Trainers!

  2. Five stars for the bootcamp! Motivating fitness sessions. Three times a week for one month. Excellent emphasis on core and strength. Michelle and her team are professionals who vary the workouts each session. Each participant gets a lot of personal attention. No room for boredom. I am looking forward to returning to the bootcamp next winter in Chiang Mai.

  4. What an amazing experience! Having great fun from start to finish. Our annual ‪teambuilding‬ activities leaded by Absolute Bootcamp team. The Instructors were very enthusiastic, friendly and professional and the level of safety was reassuring. Would thoroughly recommend this to anyone who wants a day out in Chiang Mai.

  6. This is where you can do something out of the ordinary, I want to tell you what you do but it would spoil the surprise, but you will not get to do some of the activities anywhere else on earth. Not only do you push your limits of fitness but you get to see Chang Mai at the same time. Staff are awesome not just at training but really friendly, but they do push you….

  7. We carried out the week long bootcamp holiday. Firstly I would like to thank the staff as overall we had a nice week. On reflection due to a few issues and our final days on the camp we decided it was average to very good. We have decided on average as a rating due to the price paid.Starting with the excellent:Pilates sessionAqua aerobics Circuit sessions at Mango’s studioChoices of restaurants for lunch Muay Thai boxers Army course As most of these activities were at the start of the week we felt the bootcamp tailed off in terms of fun and freshness towards the last three days. The hotel was certainly very average and as we spent most of our time there this was a factor. On check in we weren’t clear of the diet and a simple fact sheet and better communication with the staff may have helped. The breakfast was very poor and so made it hard to follow the Paleo diet in the morning without becoming very tired of greasy eggs. I would also like to recommend the warm ups before the sessions be improved a little bit. I normally spend ten minutes warming up each major muscle group using the 10 min Popsugar online warm up session, but the warm up on the camp only involved jogging, star jumps, jumping and high knees. There was no warm up before the other activities. There were some communication difficulties with one of the trainers who took us out on full days. Although he was lovely the difficulties communicating meant one of the activities was not carried out correctly and it also made for some quite awkward lunches. I think the biggest factor we felt was disappointing was there was no weigh in or congratulations on the final day or a chance to leave this evaluation, we had said our brief goodbyes to the three trainers by Saturday and the last day we were with someone we hadn’t met before. We haven’t been able to access scales so am unsure how much weight we lost. The last day felt like a damp squib! I may be being a little harsh rating average but over a whole week there quite a few issues which could be easily solved. I’m sure the team will continue to improve the package offered.

I came to ABF for getting in shape for a 6700 km bike tour around Thailand.It was one fantastic week, the right blend of serious tough workouts in a most pleasant fun atmosphere.Diverse activities were undertaken bootcamp fitness, Thai boxing, army bootcamp circuit, wall climbing, Pilates, rice farming, water aerobics, tennis etc. All were coached by courteous, professional trainers.Looking forward to making this an annual vacation.

  9. We had a wonderful five days of boot camp. Trainers were first class, professional and very kind. We enjoyed all activities which included circuits at Mango’s studio, Pilates, Muay Thai, Rock Climbing and Rice Planting with buffalo. It was fun and we also learned a great deal about food and nutrition. We ate across Chiang Mai at a diverse range of restaurants. This was also really good. Our boot camp was personalised for us and the individual feedback we received was excellent too. We also had the late afternoons and evenings free to enjoy dining out, massages and the night markets.Next time we will book for longer and hope we will be able to do kayaking and water aerobics. Along with even more Muay Thai which was my favourite. Loved climbing too as it was something we have never ever done before.Thank you to Michelle, Mango, Sha and Si for a fabulous 5 days. The experience was first class.
