Wandee Tours is perched on a picturesque hilltop overlooking , Thailand
I have been to Bangkok before and wanted a very specific tour guide to Amphawa Floating Market and two days of Ayutthaya. I am an amateur photographer and wanted to go to these places specifically for photographs. First, Wandee Tours communicated with me in a way that we both understood each other and agreed on the tours and customize the days. Several other private tour groups were less flexible and difficult to design what I wanted. Secondly, she provided very nice suv for travel and had pickup at my hotel. The car was cool (really need good air conditioner even in Feb). Thirdly, she found specific guides who were knowledgeable about best spots for pictures and photography in general. Two different guides were very good, providing photo spots and good historical background of the locations. Fourthly, she was very reasonable for the three days that we went out for full day tours (included nite photography). In addition, when she found out that I was going to another event (Calypso — a lady boy show which is a must see!), she spent extra time and effort to provide me a great seat at an agent’s discounted price. She is easy to communicate with and was a pleasure using the Wandee Tours. I highly recommend her tour service.
We decided to do a day trip comprising few of our favourite sights. Wandee was super fast in her email communications as well as flexibility to adjust our requests. She was able to provide a Mandarin guide which was a relief to a group of elders.The tour turned out to be the highlight of our Bangkok trip. Both Wandee and the guide Money arrived well ahead of the pickup timing. An informative and caring guide Money jell well with the group. She brought a little glimpse of Thai culture to the group through the little touches like what to eat, things to buy or not to buy. Wandee was around to move a step ahead to provide the necessary operations such as getting entrance tickets. The timing and pace was well controlled and yet relax, despite of an unexpected early closure of the Royal Palace.Much to the delight of the group, they were able to visit a popular temple which only the locals go, and get to witness a unique ritual which they happily participated. This is NOT part of the itinerary, but a welcome extra mile of service base on the sentiments of the group. Wandee had provided an exemplary service that dispel our sceptical impression of tour packages. We will not hesitate to tour with her again and highly recommend her to my friends going Bangkok.Keep up the good work. All the best !
We were very well looked after on our full day tour. From the moment we were collected at the hotel in a very comfortable car Linda took care of us. We were joined by Ricky the local guide who was knowledgeable, friendly and interesting without being intrusive or giving out loads of useless information like a school trip. Lunch lovely. A great tour to go on with a great company and guide. Thank you so much.
After Thailand reopens to foreign tourists, my husband and I decided to visit the country in early July. We searched for guided tours and found Wandee Tours. I emailed Wandee who responded to my email and customized my tours based on my requests. We had two 1-day tours with her to Ayutthaya, Amphawa Floating Market and Maeklong Railway Market. Wandee and Saiphon arrived at the hotel lobby on time. Wandee was the driver and Saiphon was our tour guide. Wandee’s vehicle was clean. Water and wipes were provided. They followed Covid protocol and wore masks at all times. The guide and tour was extremely good, very flexible (appreciate this!) and for that they deserve a special thanks. We had two great days there, which obviously also added up to the experience. Saiphon is such a warm personality and highly motivated guide (recommendable!). I truly enjoyed her tours. She knows the Thai history well and knows all good photo spots. She also shared travel tips with us. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. Many thanks again and I recommend Wandee Tours to everyone!
My second time booking with Wandee and she took my friend and I to kanchanaburi for a day trip. Wandee was very responsive to emails and set a perfect plan based on what we wanted to see. She picked us up at the hotel and we headed to the bridge over river kwai -> tham krasae cave -> death railway -> erawan waterfall -> meena cafe. It was great to have Wandee with us for the day it felt like we were out with a local friend. She was always happy to join us for photos and also helped us take photos and she shared many interesting stories. Wandee also recommended good brands of spice mix to buy home to cook! Hope to tour with Wandee again! 🙂
Visited Bangkok on day 1… palaces, temples, flower market and a tour on the river. Day 2, she drove me to Ayutthaya accompanied along with another guide who specialised in knowledge of the history of palaces and temples there We had a lovely seafood lunch by the water in a local restaurant. I recommend her wholeheartedly.
