A little oasis in beautiful CM. A nice little,well run,bar and always a friendly welcome. If you are ever there early April or late November,the cricket is a must. You will return.

One of the oldest 9 hole golf courses in Thailand; a typical tree-lined parkland course that is pretty flat, so an easy walk. Quite challenging due to the tree corridors but forgiving and receptive greens. Also disc-golf, snooker, squash, tennis, and boules can be played. Decent bar and good kitchen and is probably the best value golf around. Knowledgable and sweet caddies!
This beautiful colonial style club is well over 100 years old. Worth a visit to view the superb Rain Tree in front of the clubhouse. Home of the Chiang Mai Cricket sixes. An annual event attracting 30 plus sides from around the globe. The club offers reasonable priced Thai and European meals at a good value

A beautiful welcoming club with excellent facilities. A lovely golf course, superb cricket ground with a bar and scorebox along with tennis courts in a historic setting, with a wonderful clubhouse and veranda rounding it off. The club also caters for weddings and other functions.The cricket ground has staged the Chiang Mai International Cricket Sixes for 32 years, a prestigious week long amateur event, with will return in 2023 after a 2 year sabbatical owing to the pandemic. It also stages local cricket where all are welcome along with prestigious touring and representative games and other tournaments.
This place is beautiful and has a historic charm about it. A great place for Golf ,cricket or just chilling and having a beer or 2 under the age old tree.Hows the serenity. ⛳ 🏌️♀️
Having lunch under the 150 year old magnificent Rain Tree with its 6 metre girth and hugely shading branches. Playing golf on the oldest golf course in Thailand and possibly the tightest. A true test with accuracy a must. A wonderful experience and highly recommend.
Don’t expect any fancy fineries here: it’s traditional and all the better for it. The golf is hard. Fairways are narrow and you need to learn to play through / under / over / round the trees sharpish. Prices are ridiculously low and good value, although the booking process is a shambles – if management reads this you do need to sort this out – both my hotel and me tried to make contact (having previously been told on email that 24 hours was ok) to be met with silence. The hotel even sent the concierge there to try and book in person the day before without success. In the end I walked in and that was fine, and I imagine it would be 99% of the time. Don’t waste your time trying to get sense from the incompetent office. Was lucky enough to play with 3 members and had a great round with these gentlemen. Very glad this happened rather than playing on my own. And lunch afterwards was tasty from a very extensive menu and good value again. And we walked back yo our hotel. 20 mins back to the center of town.
Came here to support Pattaya Cricket Club as part of the Barmy Army Supporters in the Chiang Mai sixes. We had a great couple of days and met some really nice people. 8 teams battled it out over 2 days with Lamphun surprisingly winning the major tournament.Whilst the cricket was going on there was non stop golf being played. Also, there were lots of people taking part in ‘disc’ throwing – competitive frisbee throwing? A very busy place on the eve of Loi Krathong.
