Dambar had a plethora of fabrics and a kind , experienced and professional manner. He got the job done ( 2 bespoke shirts and a pair of pants ) in 24 hours as promised. The first fitting was not perfect and he happily and calmly said it would be changed and it was so. You could easily feel his calm and years of experience. We would happily order from overseas and recommend this establishment.
By accident we found James in his new shop, named VINZENT, just around the corner from his other shop, named Mr Armani. He made for me a beautiful suit and a jacket. Everything is of the finest quality, the fabrics he uses and the craftsmanship with which the clothing has been made. We don’t believe that tailors can get a perfect fit in 24 hours that some promise (never go there!) and we were very happy that Mr James did schedule 3 fittings to get a 100% perfect result.We highly recommend this shop and we will certainly go there again next time we visit Chaing Mai.
Soon after returning to Chiang Mai to spend this winter here I started looking for a reliable tailor to make me a couple of button down shirts to fit my rather large belly. Having been disappointed at other tailors before I had little faith of success. After reading so many positive reviews of Mr. Armani Tailors and its owner, Mr. James specifically, I called for an appointment and was offered the next day, a Sunday, at my convenience.I was so impressed with Mr. James, Sandy, the fabrics, styles and options that I ultimately purchased two linen short sleeve shirts, two cotton blend long sleeve shirts and a stunning sports jacket in cashmere and merino wools. The fittings were so precise and meticulous that I was amazed at the craftsmanship and attention my purchases were being given. Ultimately Mr. James was proven justified for saying that his twenty plus years of experience was the reason he could confidently assure me that he could satisfy my needs and expectations.No doubt I’ll be back for more of his beautiful bespoke clothing the next time I’m here.
