I visited the spa twice during our stay at the hotel. It was very serene and the service was excellent. I had a Balinese and a Thai massage and both were excellent.

The most delightful experience with Dusit Thani Laguna Spa (Angsana Spa). Miss Bee at the reception welcomed me and advised some procedures to choose. I enjoyed Javanese massage done with great care and love by beautiful therapist Taa. After the treatment I got to the relaxing tea ceremony with some exotic fruit salad. Thanking you kindly for such an outstanding and recharging escape!
Had fantastic massages with massage therapist, Ida, and with Porsche who did a very thorough Thai massage. Both customized the massages to my needs. And a shout out to Yaya in reception who was very welcoming and helped me choose the right massage. Wonderful experience.
The Spa service was professional, helpful and polite. Met at reception by Bee who was very helpful. Providing fruit juice and tea.The massage by Ida was excellent – very relaxing.
Excellent 90 minute massage for my husband and I by Ida and Nim. They were conversant in English and adjusted pressure intensity when asked. We were so relaxed afterward! The massage relieved a lot of my aches. The reception Yaya served a lovely tea with fruit after the massage. They were all so friendly and kind. I also appreciated the spa atmosphere with peaceful music, a clean area, and no noise to distract.
I’d like to commend Nida in this Spa. I have massages regularly all over the world but Nida is the best. One of the best I’ve ever had. She knows how to do deep tissue very well.
