This service was very easy to use and executed as described. They emailed all the details for the meeting point and it was straightforward from there. The vehicle was clean with air conditioning.
Both times I have used this company, I have had no issue. They arrived on time; the drivers were both good and I was given a sealed wet wipe and a bottle of water. After a flight this is very welcome. I will use them again if I am in Thailand.
Blue Jade monitored our delayed flight and communicated via WhatsApp. We were met right where directed and accompanied to a very clean minivan. Driver was excellent and we reached our hotel as quickly as traffic allowed. We highly recommend this service—outstanding service in all ways.
