  1. A friend of mine introduced me to this Massage School. I trusted him because he lives in Thailand and is also very selective. Now I go to Wat Po every-time I visit Bangkok. I’m generally not too comfortable with massages, as a result I don’t frequent many establishments except for an occasional foot massage. I’ve never been disappointed here. It can get a bit busy (you can wait at the adjacent coffee shop) but I usually opt for a 2 hour massage in a private room. Important to hydrate after and allow for recovery time. Add this to your “to do” list on you next visit.

  2. I had back and shoulders massage with a massager no. 47. There was no service from him at all, massage was the worst I’ve ever had. He was very lazy, no skill at all whatsoever. Seriously what a waste time and money. Please stay away from No.47 There is no chance for me to give the feedback to the guy the the counter.

  3. I was staying at the hotel next to Po Thai, so I decided to check it out. I went there 4 times for neck & shoulder massage. In a nutshell, the ability of the masseuse you get assigned varies a lot, hence the title of my review. My first session was fantastic, probably the best deep tissue massage I ever had.For the second session, I got assigned a different lady. She was good, though not as great as the first one.For the third and fourth sessions, I got yet another lady (luck of the draw). She was the worst out of the three masseuse. In fact during the fourth session, it was the afternoon and she was tired or something, so it felt like she barely did anything. They have a large Japanese clientele, judging from the large number of celebrity endorsements on the wall. However, being popular does not mean it is consistently great, as I have experienced first hand.

  4. The temple is amazing and worth spending hours roaming in Wat Po. Don’t akip the massage – it is less expensive than around Bkk and just the best. I can’t wait to come back and repeat it.

  5. We visited their location on Maha Rat Rd after visiting the Royal Palace and Wat Pho hoping for a great traditional Thai massage. What we got for 450 bhat (one hour) was an uninspiring massage that included minimal stretching and no deep tissue work that I have come to expect from the Thai massage place I visit in San Diego. The place was clean and wonderfully air conditioned given the sweltering hot heat outside. Our masseuses seemed inexperienced and timid. A HUGE let down to think we travelled over 8000 miles to Thailand only to receive a substandard massage. Please save your money, do the research, and find a better massage place.

  6. It was recommended by my friend who resides in Bangkok. When I made a research there were los of review and recommendations on the internet in Japanese therefore I expected this place would provide top quality of massage. BUT it was all wrong. The receptionist was incredibly unfriendly and rude unlikely being Thailand. I purchased food scrub and Thai traditional massage, foot scrub was ok but Thai traditional massage was disappointing. Lady seems not knowing what she was doing. Pressing wrong point with too much pressure, while pressing too weak on some area. I always like strong pressure but when it is pinpoint it feels good but this was rather agony. I constantly had to tell her to change the pressure here and there. Could not relaxed!! I paid 200baht at ordinary massage place where I just walked in near the hotel and it was better.. I will not come back here never again. I don’t know why it’s so rated in Japanese blog and review site..

  7. This was recommended by a friend who had used the service couple of years back, unfortunately was very disappointed as it was the last day of stay in Thailand, We had arrived from Koh Samui where the entire family had taken massage service at two different locations and were impressed, having expected something better we were put off by the receptionist and then by the massage itself, To me it was nothing but a tickle massage which they call it traditional Thai Massage. The lady was elderly and so gentle that never made any difference or I had high expectation compared to our previous massage, spent a lot travelling to the from the place apart from the massage itself, but did not derive the result I was expecting, Overhyped / Overrated may be for their past performance. Better avoid as I will not come back here never again.

  8. This is a traditional Thai massage shop. Therapists are great and communication in foreign languages is no problem. The fatigue of the journey has healed!伝統的なタイ式マッサージのお店です。セラピストの対応も優しくコミュニケーションに困ることはありません。旅の疲れが癒えました!

  9. Great experience and the loveliest people ever. Very knowledgeable and professional course. Highly recommended!!!
