Good shop for souvenirs and gifts from Bangkok for your female friends and relatives. I myself is a Naraya fan.
It has the range of other Naraya stores, a decent place for a range souvenirs or small gifts from the usual T-shirt, key chain or magnet.The service at the ground level was good. The polite male staff seems like a Japanese but I could be wrong.Level 2 is where most of the ladies’ bags are, on the average price of 550 baht. The displays are placed at reachable or higher places while the stock is at the lower shelves. There is one male staff who is hired to assist (potential) customer to get the displayed item beyond reach. This staff was more interested in his face since he spent most of his working time while we were there, looking at himself in the mirror. When asked to retrieve the displayed item that we could not reach, he would begrudgingly did his part before moving to see himself in the mirror again. When we asked for the new stock, he would stand where he was, infront of the mirror and pointed to the area in general before getting himself occupied with the mirror and his face again.Giving 3/5 for the range of products and for the service at level 1. On the level 2 service, it will be zero.
