I was in Bangkok for a month long internship and needed a suit. After shopping around a few different tailors I found Krishna at Sai Fashion. Simply put, I could not be happier with the service I received. I bought a perfectly tailored suit for myself. He is very meticulous in his measurements and knowledgeable in fashion. If something isn’t perfect, he will fix it right away. He takes pride in his work. I recommended Sai fashion to two of my brothers and two of my colleagues who have all have similar experiences with Sai fashion. Above all, the reason I come back to Sai fashion is for the respect and loyalty Krishna shows his clients. He even visited our hotel to drop off the suits after making a couple small additional alterations. Would recommend to any and everyone! Thanks Sai!
The number of options available for custom tailored suits is endless in Bangkok. How is one supposed to choose? Call it luck or call it a blessing, but so glad my brother and I were able to stumble upon Krishnas shop on our way to Khao San Road. He has years of experience and it showed in the way he communicated with us. He did not pressure us to buy and laid out all of our options. He is very friendly and hospitable welcoming us as if we were family. I am very happy with my suit, which he completed within 2 days. I’ll definitely be buying from him again when I need another suit. Highly recommend Krishna!!
Dear Krishna and team,I went to your shop because of the great reviews on Tripadvisor. From the moment i stepped into your shop i felt very comfortable.The advise in materials and different types of suits really helped me to put the perfect personal suite together within budget.After a few adjustments the suit was finished and was delivered at the airport hotel. Thanks for the service and if needed i will order more clothes through the webshop. This is possible because they save your measurements.
I first found out about Krishna and the Suit Sai Fashion when I asked a work colleague where he purchased his suit. My colleague provided me Krishna’s contact information and I reached out to buy 3 suits of my own and a custom dress-shirt. I previously purchased custom suits from a different tailor on my own trip to Thailand a couple of years ago, so Krishna recommended that I send one of my suits to him via mail from the USA so that he could copy the dimensions. I mailed him the suits from New York and chose suit and lining materials based on photographs Krishna sent me through Whatsapp and by browsing his website. Yes that’s right, I risked it and bought 3 suits without ever seeing the material in person. I could not be more satisfied. The material Krishna use is of higher quality than the suits I previously purchased in Thailand and they fit great. Krishna was extremely professional throughout the process and easy to reach via Whatsapp. I am not in the process of purchasing more suits through him and I will recommend him to friends in the future.
So, this was my first rating of The Suit Sai Fashion after my visit three years ago:”It was the first time, I got a tailored suit and the experience with Krishan was great. Right from the beginning there was a relaxed atmosphere and I always had the feeling that Krishan is trying to find the best suit for me instead of just making money. Needless to say that I am really happy with the suits he made for me.”Back at that time, Krishan told me that if I need more suits, I can just order them given that he has my measures and then he will send them to my address. So, that is what I actually did in December last year. I ordered one suit with vest and 3 shirts. Unfortunately the package which reached me included no vest and basically all the shirst and the jacket of the suit are bigger than expected and especially the jacket is not fitting at all. I obviuosly tried to contact him several times but he never answered back even though he read my messages. I am really disappointed by the customer service and annoyed that he didn´t even bother to answer back.
We went to have a suit made for my Husband. We only had 2 days in Bangkok, so just thought we’d try and see if it was possible. We saw Mr Sunny who was outstanding. He knew the answers/alterations that needed to be made before we even noticed them during the fitting. He made suggestions and explained different options. He obviously takes great pride in his customer service and is a very talented tailor. The whole process was surprisingly easy. He said he’ll keep all the records of the measurements, so if we wanted to we can order more from home. Which we definitely will be doing from now on.
We have been introduced by a couple of friends who have gotten married in Thailand.Mr Sunny is a very nice man with eagle eyes that make him deliver very acurate advices.Large choice of very smooth tissues and hand-made suits.We have meet the tailor three times in 48 hours: one in order to take the measurements and two trying on sessions to make some adjustments.International sending possible.Mr Sunny keeps your measurements that make it possible to order from your home. Awful service and they try to cheat you out of money. They try to trick you and say the price is cheap but in reality that is a lie to get you to come in.
