King Climbers is perched on a picturesque hilltop overlooking 194/5 Moo 5, Tambon Sai Thai , 81000, Thailand
We have paid for half day (4 hours) activity and we have climbed only 2 hours.We have met the group at 9am at the office, we have arrived to the climbing sector at 9am and we have started to climb at 10am.At 12pm the guide has said “it’s enough” and we wanted to climb more, at least until 13pm as per the activity description.Our surprise was that the guide left the sector activity without saying goodbye, so we have gone by our own at 12.10am.The rest of climbing guides from another centers have continued with the activity in the sector until 13pm.If you want to climb, I recommend you going to another 6 climbing centers to ensure you can enjoy the activity for the hole 4 hours payed. The sector views are very beautiful!
King climbers is one of the original climbing schools in Railay and it’s still going strong! The staff at the shop are very helpful and friendly and my private guide Ipp Was very knowledgeable, encouraging and adhered to top safety standards.
Wan, Beelan (and Khor!) are so much fun and made sure we were all comfortable but pushed ourselves to get to the top!! INCREDIBLE setting too. Take your swimming costume and a snack and go! You’re in safe hands – go for it!Kop kun ka!
Great location, helpful and engaging staff. Varying levels of difficulties, but I can imagine for the experienced climbers it would be limited.We booked the full day session and it started to rain half way through so they took us to the bat cave where there were great views of the surrounding islands then we absailed down.Would recommend.
These People sold me a gear which was actualy not possible to use arround. When i came Back, they refused to do something about it. Dont trust, double check!!
First time climbing outdoors, it was brilliant. Would reccomend for all levels and our guide was really encouraging, direction to help and lovely! 10/10 would climb with them again!! ??
Great experience. I was a keen climber years ago – very happy with their safety work and assistance. They were brilliant with my sons (new climbers aged 11 and 15) and we each got four good climbs in each. It was on time, safe, and great fun. Highly recommended. Beautiful place as well with an hour to grab a bite in Railay before taking the long tail back to town.
