It is a wonderful hotel with a great location. Most office staff is cordial and friendly. Kids suite is ultimate and provides enough space for a family with teenager kids as it has bunk beds and partitions. The view to swimming pool and sea is breathtaking. Another plus point is shopping Mart adjacent to hotel where you can buy most of required stuff.The only feedback is about room services where turn around time is little high and should be a focus area for hotel.
We stayed for 4 nights at Holiday Inn Resort. We had the chance to bring our kids to the kids room to play. The room was spacious with an indoor playground which our kids really enjoyed. They also have lots of toys and books for the kids. There is also a big TV for the kids to watch. The kids can sign up for the activities such as painting, treasure hunt, pizza making, dancing and so on. The kids pool area was also fantastic. They have 4 slides and a mushroom..The pool was really one of the highlight of our stay. We all loved it very much.
Our stay started off on a really poor note, and picked up thereafter. We’d originally booked a garden view room, however upon entering the room I found the corners filled with ants … so much so that they were even crawling on to the bed. The room overall looked dilapidated and depressing. I raised the matter with reception, who after much debate and time-waste, decided our complaint warranted a room change, and grudgingly swapped us to a pool view room. The pool view room is lovely in the fact that, it’s bright, clean, has a positive disposition, and is definitely renovated. The bathroom was okay, although we had a few drainage issues with the shower area. The breakfast is disappointing, and it was rather sad to see them use chipped cups and crockery at the buffet. I would expect a brand such as Holiday Inn to be more mindful of these details. The spa is clean, and the pools are well maintained. We booked a rent a car on one day, and a day tour of the Phi Phi Islands in another day both via the operator at the hotel and had a good experience both times.
We stayed at the resort for 2 nights. After knowing us as a honeymoon couple they upgraded our room from garden view to pool access room in the resort. The staffs at the resort are very welcoming and accommodating. We were offered welcome drinks at the reception and it was a very comfort stay. I’ll come back again. Thank you.
The hotel is very beautiful and the staff is extremely helpful. We reached early morning and we were with a kid , they provided us with early check in and also offered us free drinks when we were waiting . Highly recommended place and excellent location
We come with big group arrival around midnight and the next day we go sightseeing Island tour. not spend to much time in hotel.But The room was good. Food good Beautiful hotel.Thank youJee hun shuk

Superb View, Best Service and Amenities, Helpful staff… I loved the Swimming Pool with Island Bar… They provided us 100% Jain Breakfast which was unexpected in Krabi.
Visited and stayed at the hotel in Feb 24 with my family and were offered 2 free photos by the hotel (we didnt ask for it but were offered).They have a photographer in the lobby who is very rude to hotel guests in an unbelievable manner including ourselves.We did the photo shooting and when asked for three weeks about the photos the photographer sent us a series of hostile messages blaming us for wanting a free service.As an example, Check out how he replies to negative comments on google review for instance to gather an idea..Krabi happy moments photographyI urge the hotel to take actions to protect the quality of all services rendered to their guests.This is a damaging experience for us never to repeat.
