We had a fabulous time here. The staff are very kind and friendly. My daughters are 12 and 10 and highly enjoyed the experience. The staff treat the elephants well and lovingly.We got to ride the elephants, play with the baby elephant and feed all of the other animals.Great experience!

Any reserve that lets you ride an elephant is unethical. An elephants spine is not designed to hold weight. It is painful and damaging to the elephant that is supposed to be free and rescued from working.
We booked a kayaking tour through our hotel’s tourist information center, excited for our next adventure at an elephant sanctuary afterward. However, upon arrival, I was taken aback by the scene before me. Large elephants were seen carrying tourists, while others were confined to cramped cages. Smaller elephants performed tricks for photos, and it filled me with unease and sadness for the animals. I found myself wishing to leave as quickly as possible. I urge others to research and ensure any elephant sanctuary they visit is ethical and prioritizes the well-being of the animals.
