My sister and I booked a liveaboard trip over Christmas, and it turned out to be a really amazing experience. Many of the other divers were repeat guests, which created a welcoming and familiar atmosphere on board. It felt like being part of a little community.This was my first liveaboard, and as someone relatively new to diving, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. Everything was so well-organized that I felt comfortable right away. Steve runs the boat very well and his whole team was genuinely kind and supportive.For me personally, the dive guides Nui and Ice were especially wonderful. Nui has a calm and caring presence that immediately puts you at ease. Ice is really funny, constantly making people laugh while still being incredibly attentive. Even though he wasn’t guiding our group, he sent us videos he took of us underwater to have the memories. The boat crew guys Ran and Max deserve a special mention for helping me with my gear whenever I needed it without being pushy. Max also makes excellent coffee, which was a highlight on those early mornings.Overall, it was a really lovely experience and now I can see why so many people are returning for additional trips. 🙂
This year marked my third consecutive Christmas holiday trip with Deep Andaman. As always, the wonderful boat crew adds so much to the experience, creating the best environment with delicious meals throughout the journey.Our guide, Iice, really understood our vibe and gave us a bright and fun guiding experience, tailoring the course to our skills and providing a fantastic underwater journey. His always positive attitude made the trip even more special.And once again, thanks to Ekk’s morning calls and his smile, we had a wonderful wake-up and enjoyed some great moments together.Reliable Steve, as always, greeted us with a smile and kindness, and continued to look out for us throughout the trip, making him the perfect leader. As returning divers we were a little apprehensive over our first dive post Covid, the team here with Steve and Nui our dive guide made the experience one of the best for us! I recently went on a liveaboard trip from January 23rd to 27th, and it was an incredible experience! Steve, the lead on the boat, was fantastic, giving thorough and professional dive briefings and instructing our nitrox course with great skill. It was fun to learn from him. Our dive master, Nui, was also exceptional—patient, efficient, and knowledgeable. She helped us with the dice, the equipment and spotting marine life underwater. The entire trip was well-organized, and I highly recommend it. Make sure you get Nui as your dive master. Incase you want to do an advanced Owd course, i highly recommend doing it on this boat. You will return a much confident and skilled diver.
