We had a great day being driven around Phu Ket by Ken. Although he offered us an itinerary, he was happy to take to some different places that we had found too. He was polite, punctual and always ready when we came back to the van from each place. He even helped us to drop off and pick up our laundry + he carried it to the van for us! Thanks, Ken!The van was in pristine condition, with very comfy, arm-chair like seats. It was driven safely and was always lovely and cool when we got in.All in all, we would highly recommend Phoenix if you are in Phu Ket and would like an easy way of seeing many of it’s beautiful sights in a day.
Really only had a couple of places in mind when I booked this. We asked our driver for suggestions and he was more than happy to come up with a list of places to see, which we then did.Good value and would reccomend.
Was really impressive service with competitive price and nice working staff. Had a surprise birthday cake prepared by the end of the cruise. Had luxuries VIP van throughout the trip, allowed for flexible time and visits for us to pick and choose. Seniors are attended to with great respect and caring attitudes.
The company service is good . We had hired a van for a day. The drivers behavior was good at starting but when reached end of the day, he started to say do fast do fast , and if we be late then 350 bhat per hour should be paid to him .Also be aware that drivers would want to take only at those shopping places , where they grt comission .
