Nice and clean Onsen inspired experience. The staff is very kind and welcoming; the facilities are clean and well designed. You have a set of baths of different temperatures and water properties, sauna and steam room, locker and shower rooms. I didn’t do any of the massages or beauty treatments but the place looks perfect for them. Highly recommended if you are visiting Pattaya.
I visited this onsen in Pattaya after having a nice experience at their Bangkok branch, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations!The onsen is even bigger than the one in Bangkok. The interiors are beautifully designed, and the outdoor green garden adds to the overall tranquility.What impressed me the most was the attention to detail in every aspect. The locker rooms and showers are spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable start to the experience. The onsen features six different pools to choose from, each with its own unique charm. The large sauna and steam room were delightful additions, contributing to a thoroughly relaxing atmosphere.I also appreciated the thoughtful layout, including a spacious bar/restaurant area and the snooze area where you can unwind or even take a nap. The elegant lobby and tasteful decorations create a welcoming ambiance.The staff at this onsen are exceptionally helpful, adding a personal touch to the entire experience. Their warm hospitality made my visit even more enjoyable.
Good place for relaxation and good massages but very bad maintenance of outside parts (men side) Customer service didnt taken time to answer my complaints they dont care !
The spa had everything that Lets Relax Onsen had. The hot and cold plunges were comparable. We were told by our local Thai friends to go here. Downside is the location. The spa is located in the busy city centre of Pattaya that takes away from the holistic natural environment feel. It was cheaper than the Let’s Relax Onsen but here is what turned us off. We paid and entered. Only to find out that the restaurant inside had several items on the menu not available. Upon telling the staff who were clueless we were told we could not leave the premises once we entered and had paid? The option was to eat what was there or get food delivered to the spa? The outdoor ceramic bowl was very welcoming till I saw lizards crawling around them. I stayed abay. The staff needs to check the plunge area more regularly as I saw a group of girls rinsing there used white towels in the cold plunge. Would you want to dip in there if you saw that? It was pretty deserted and not happening. So if you plan staying till 10pm chances are you would be all alone in the plunge area unlike Let’s Relax that was way busier. Overall we preferred Let’s Relax to this Onsen.
