We had a wonderful trip in Pai, Mah Hong Son and Mah Sariang with the best guide- Tom! The hotels were THE BEST (especially the one in Pai?) and we saw all the tourist attractions and unique places! Thank you Tom, Dan the driver and The North Star for this trip! Hope to see you again soon!
We had great 3 days – parents with 2 daughters, ages 11 & 9. We traveled with Lek, and he was amazing! Everything was organized very well, he was very lovely and patient, funny, great with kids. We surely recommend. Thank you!
We did a jeep tour for three days to chiang ray and payao. Was really great. Professional and very attentive guides. Small group, only 2 jeeps. Visited a lot of interesting places and stayed in very nice resorts for the night.
North Star are very good in orchestrating trips in northen Thailand. They take good care of finding the hotels according to the trips. The guides are very professionals and we had a very nice one called Nina. She was highly professional, knowledgeable and specifically was very patient with the children (!). Each day Nina set the expectations with our family towards the next day, and was aware to our children’s needs with respect to each site seeing or activit’s difficulty level.We spent 8 days together all in all, and we were a good team. In short: Nina and the whole trip of North Star were perfect!
Lek was taking care of us as we were his own kids! He is funny and always with a good mood. Took us to a lot of intersting places and gave us a lot of information. There is no one like him!!

My husband booked a 6-day tour for the two of us, together with our seven-month-old baby and my mother-in-law. We needed flexibility in terms of the schedule to fit around naps and feeding, and a gentle, kind and compassionate guide. Kenny fit the bill 100%. From the outset he was kind, understanding and respectful. I had an anxiety attack during a walk and he was sensible and helpful and I recovered quickly. Kenny was well-informed about the places we visited and helped make our experience, which could have been very challenging with such a little person, fun and relaxed. The sites and experiences were suitable too and it felt as though we covered a lot of ground in a short time. Highly recommended.
