Infinity Ocean Diving – Private Diving is perched on a picturesque hilltop overlooking 83130, Thailand
I passed my PADI exam with Samy (who’s fluent in French), and I couldn’t have wished for a better instructor. It was my first dive too, but Samy made me feel very secure and comfortable underwater. everything was well organized, and perfect. I got the PADI book, worked on the exercises with him, and was ready for the practical and theoretical exams! Thank you Samy for being part of my first dives – I loved it!
My boyfriend and I completed our open water with Infinity this August. We have dived before in different parts of the world but never experienced customer service tailored to this level. We were initially met by Franck at our hotel who briefed us on the course, dive sites and introduced our instructor; Stephane who would be with us for the 2.5 days diving. We spent .5 days at the pool as we had completed our elearning on line. Stephane went through all of our skills in detail and ensured we were comfortable for sea the following day. We had some beers with Stephane, Franck and Samy that evening to celebrate a successful first day :)We had 5 dives in total in Racha, Phi Phi, Green Island and saw lots of different sealife. Our equipment and photos were included and the food on board was great. Overall Stephane ensured we knew what we were doing and had lots of fun as well. We really enjoyed the 1 to 1 coaching and felt our certification was personalised throughout.Our log books and temporary padi dive cards were provided on our last day so that we could continue diving in Phi Phi the following week. Infinity is a great diving school and our diving experience was incredible. We can’t recommend Samy and his team more and can’t wait to come back next year!Merci à tous,Anna & Gordon
I cant say enough about this experience.. It was truly something new and magical. All I know is theres going to be more than just the first time after diving with this company. We had 2 instructors in a group of 5.. We loved every minute in the water and went as deep as 11 meters. Franck and Gregg are two masters who answered all of my questions before diving. They actually came over to my hotel the day before and we talked for about an hour. Go with them because there’s a reason why no one gave this company a bad review on trip advisor.
This is a first class company! They exceeded our expectations in every level from beginning to end! They made sure we were taken of during the dive, but went above and beyond in getting us a taxi if my family needed one (they are not divers), post dive brief at the local pub when we got off the boat to make sure our expectations were met. I also had the honor of meeting other instructors during the stay besides our own and we absolutely loved them as well. They made us feel like family and they most important guests. Their customer service is top notch! If I make it back to Phuket you can be sure I will be calling on them again! They made our dive trip AWESOME. Although gratuity is not expected I did ask what I should tip. The response was it is up to you. That made me feel good as it was not suggested and I would have a great experience if I left no tip at all. However I felt a tip was well justified and if you dive with any of the instructors that were as good as ours, you should tip them!
Traveling to Phuket, Chalong, Rawai area. Want to learn to dive or being a licensed diver. One adres : infinity Ocean Diving. Perfect organization, friendly and professional staff. The best possible experience. Only bother about diving. Samy and his instructors will take care of all the rest. And will be at your side all day long. Nice boats also for non divers. Special mention for Jimmy ;-).

Fantastic….. a very special moment, the dive was amazing…the management was very friendly and professional.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR DIVING. They are not a real dive company. We booked a (2) dive trip but when we arrived at the dock discovered they do NOT own a boat. The boat they were planning to use the captain did not show up. We then drove 30 min to a beach and met (9) other people who apparently were doing a sightseeing tour with us. We were NOT told that we were part of a sightseeing group. Anyhow they rent a taxi boat for the day and load in a few tanks and scuba gear. We go to some island and they give one of the sightseers an intro to diving lesson. When he’s done we were going to do a refresher. They didn’t have gear or tanks for everyone and gave my daughter the tank and the gear including respirator that the other guy just used – REALLY!! What dive company would ever have you use unsanitary used equipment!From there things went downhill quickly and there wasn’t enough air in the tanks to do more than a 30 min refresher at the bottom of trash strewn bay.We then went to another island so the other people with us could do some excursions. They attempted to rent some tanks there and take my daughter and me to someplace else to dive.They DON’t rent takes there so now we are stuck on a crappy island wasting an entire day of our vacation. They offered a full refund and I said great we will just forget about the experience. That happened on Jan 25th. It is now Feb 15th and still no credit even though we have had several Email exchanges saying they were going to run credit!Oh the charge on my credit card comes from a shoe company in England – so not sure what is up with this company. Bottom line Do Not Use them for diving!!
The owner is a Great guy, and very flexibile! We went for two dives with them phi phi and racha női. Good guiding both times. If you can, bring equipment for yourself, because for me the rental stuff it was uncomfortable.
