Full attention before and during the entire trip for everything, not only for the organization of tours, accommodations and transfers but for any questions we had and at any time. Our daughter turned 9 in Khao Sok and Albert had even organized a birthday cake at the accommodation on the lake, a detail that we will not forget. We took the night tour of Bangkok and it was a great success to contact a guide in Thailand! We wanted to make a change in the order of the activity and they accepted our request without any problem!
