Titan Fitness Camp is perched on a picturesque hilltop overlooking 22/45 Soi Ta-ied, 83130, Thailand
I’m glad I booked the superior room and not the standard as the standard are budget rooms and suitable for a person on a budget or who won’t spend much time in the rooms. On the other hand I wished I booked the luxury rooms on the top-floor as the superior rooms are far from superior, also need to bring your own shower gel and soap, weird. The weather was a let down as it was very humid and rainy when I was there. Another issue was the traffic and the fact it is located far from the beach. One trainer gave me some tips on roijding which I thought was very odd. But other than that weird conversation and the minor issues I had an okey time. The street has so much to offer from restaurants, massage, bars and hotels. Will come back for sure and book the fitness punchcard system next time!
This review highlights the numerous flaws that plagued my stay. I was here 2019 and had a good time but now it feels like the energy has changed and overall the camp is outdated and is in need of a serious upgrade plus the first time I was here was in January and the weather was great, now I came in rainy season and the weather was terrible. I’m glad I only booked the training part as the indoor gym was an utter disappointment with a lot of rusty equipment and a limited range which made it impossible to have varied workouts, which left me feeling bored and unmotivated.Oppressive humid weather plus the location isn’t the best. It is far from beach and the weather was hot and humid, making outdoor activities tough. Some of the trainers lacked some enthusiasm compared to the first time I was there, displaying an apathetic attitude towards the participants with some scheduling conflicts, last-minute changes, and disorganized group activities added to the frustration of the already lackluster facilities and staff.The street has changed as well, from fitness street to weedstreet with a lot of weird and misplaced juiced tattoed people which was an utterly disappointment and it didn’t feel safe. Such a shame as it has potential but surrounding areas and the fact it is old makes the place a 2 star destination.
Met some wonderful people and coach Ash is just awesome and it feels like he is holding up the fort for us campers and made it all enjoyable even though it has some flaws. The fitness classes are very tough but fun and when it doesn’t rain it is perfect. The military bootcamp was dreadful and I skipped that most of the times. Unfortunately it rained often when I was there and I think the best time to go is probably in December and January in terms of weather. I stayed at the guesthouse next door and it is ideal to get to and from camp when it’s pouring down but there are also plenty of hotels close by for a lot better value. The top floor rooms are very posh and nice to be honest. But the standard rooms are very small, I estimate the size of the standard room is only 15sqm so it got claustrophobic after a while. Also no working tv and a hard bed so for the longterm stays it is not ideal. Food is great but quite expensive compared to nearby places. Next time I will go for the dropping in classes option instead of all inclusive as it got quite expensive. Food you can also pay cash for.
The camp have seen better day. It hard to pinpoint down in one sentence…-Hard classes and hot and humid-Military bootcamp style-Standard room not standard, it is budget- It is expensive and a program was not necessary to book. -Food average and think I got sick from the chicken-Food not halal -Indoor gym very old and many machine not work.-far from a beach and traffic is crowded and dangerousthe soi or street is overhype, it is not safe walk on it as there is no sidewalk just traffic all the time. It is full of tattoo shop, many men on roids and weed shop everywhere. Not the fitness street I hope for. Positive is Ash, he make the camp. When he is not there the energy and felling is different. Another positive thing is the class are not big so you get attention as the trainers are great. Over all dissapontment, talk with some people I met and they said a couple of years ago it was much better and more nice.
From the moment I arrived and checked in, I felt very welcome by the friendly staff on reception. We were shown around at the outset, and then free to join our classes. I chose the all inclusive option for training and meals. There are a good variety of classes, and the trainers explain all the stations/exercises at the start of every session. This is great if you’re new, or just forget what is involved. I also noted as well as variety, the trainers varied the content of the classes.I had a personal trainer and she was very good. I thought all the trainers were excellent, and I heard very good feedback from the other clients, about their personal training. There was a very good atmosphere at Titan. Everyone was very friendly and supportive with great teamwork, which is fantastic as everyone has their own level of fitness and journey. I also enjoyed the sauna, which is an interesting experience in the heat and humidity, and I used the ice bath, which as intended, was freezing!The food provided by Health’s Kitchen, was very tasty, fresh and plentiful. The staff were also nice and friendly.I stayed for two weeks, worked hard and thoroughly enjoyed my time at Titan, which definitely is a very supportive environment. I made lots of new friends too. I noted several people had previously been to Titan, and also, people had said they were planning to return.I can definitely recommend Titan Fitness in Chalong, Phuket, and I will return.
I spent 4 weeks at Titan Firness Camp. It was a fabulous, if not exhausting experience. There is a good variety and types of training. All the trainers are experienced and knowledgeable. It’s good to train under their various styles. The accommodation is not luxury but adequate and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is freshly prepared, healthy, and there are good choices.

A little over 2 months ago my role was made redundant so I took the chance and hopped on a flight straight to Titan Fitness and it was the best decision I have made my whole life! Over the years the kgs just increased little by little and I totally lost control and I didn’t really feel like I can change it as I have tried soo many things, so many ways and I have mostly failed.When I landed in Titan I was paired up with Georgiy who is hands down the best personal trainer/coach I have ever worked with. I didn’t know it at the time but he literally changed my whole life. It has been a little over two months now since that day and I am down 17kg and counting.I want to give Georgiy the biggest shoutout because he has not been just my personal trainer here. He has helped me with my diet majorly, helped me understand how much I should be eating, when and what, he has helped me gain my confidence and fight through my insecurities and also often even with my mental state as this is one of my most challenging journey I have ever been on. I have full trust in him and his expertise and that is why I can be super proud of myself and my results right now just after a few weeks.I recently got a bit scared as unfortunately I have injured my knee which can happen as training and this new lifestyle can get very intense here, but Georgiy knew exactly what to do, he stepped in straight, advised me on what to do and what not to do, even helping me with hospital stuff that can be scary in a different country and we have been doing a lot of physical therapy and exercises on my knee which is now recovering well. That is exactly why I am feeling like I am exactly where I should be and surrounded by the right kind of support. Being so far away from my family and friends, people who care about me especially at a time of injury is so hard and challenging and that is why I am forever thankful for all this caring and support I am receiving from Georgiy.I am in love with my journey here in Titan so much so I barely want to leave and go back to my real life. The group classes are so much fun and all the trainers, coaches, instructors are amazing!The staff at Titan from the helpers to the restaurant staff to the Little hill staff are extremely friendly and helpful especially Nina who is always ready to help you with every query or concerns you may face.I will be forever grateful for everyone who is a part of my journey here and I cannot wait to see what the rest of my weeks will bring!
Spent three weeks at Titan Fitness and had a fantastic time. I had Coach Lewis as my PT and cannot be happier with my results. Coach Lewis’ knowledge and passion for fitness is second to none. Our sessions were always fun and well planned out with every opportunity taken to not only educate me but push myself. I cannot thank Coach Lewis (@inyourelement_coaching) enough, but I do need to mention that all the trainers at Titan were also amazing. They put a lot of time and effort into ensuring each class is not only challenging but enjoyable too. The staff at Health Kitchen were always so friendly and welcoming and the food was always made with the best and freshest produce. There was a huge variety to choose from, so I definitely never got bored.Thank you to everyone at Titan for making my 3 weeks the most wonderful experience ever. I cannot wait to return.
