Orientala Spa Phuket Patong Branch is perched on a picturesque hilltop overlooking 49/145 Raj-U-Thid 200 Pee Rd. Patong Beach, 83150, Thailand
I go to the spa at least 3-4 times per holiday if we stay 2 weeks., spending 3 hrs per visit, 2 hr full body massage, body scrub, & facial. We have been to Patong at least 6 times & have become friends with staff. At the finish you are offered a cup of Fruit Tea & Bickies. Reasonable price.
Had a 90 min massage included in travel package here. Fill out paperwork first and go for gentle massage , I went medium and boy did I know it. Stretched muscles that hadn’t been stretched for years. My wife was laughing at me as she could hear the pain I was going through. Very nice place but if I was going again I would definately go the gentle massage. Overall good experience.
I specifically chose this spa because of the high google reviews and convenience of location, I had been wanting a facial and was delighted that it was a service they offered. Unfortunately due to my error I mistook facial massage for facial cleanse.Very good massage and the oils and scrubs were lovely, but in NO WAY is it worth 2300 bht the lady was too rough even though I asked for medium, she was not very friendly at all and the shower facilities could do with an update especially with the type of money you are paying. When I arrived people that came before and after me were handed a drink except me and I was asked to pay upfront prior to the massage. I don’t mind paying for a luxury experience but honestly save your money and go somewhere else.I do not recommend
Went to Phuket to celebrate my birthday, our hotel butler suggested this spa to us but we are deeply disappointed . We booked the hot oil massage for two hours and asked if they can do some compression before the oil massage and they refused. I requested a therapist with stronger technique and they still insisted to give the more experienced one to my husband, turned out we had to exchange our therapist after our massage started for 10 mins. Environment is not so clean. I decided to take a bath after the oil massage but I had to walk through a public corridor. Worst of all, I found out there was no hot water in the shower and there was no comb in the whole spa. Overall it was a extremely disappointing spa experience!
Apart from the below par massage service, never trust the driver from this branch. After the spa, we were in a rush for dinner and unfortunately the driver took us to a wrong restaurant. Called back the spa front desk and the driver refused to come back to pick us up, and we ended up in nowhere. What was worse was that the driver told lies about us saying we approved the location and the front desk took it to accuse us of lying. Extremely unprofessional and we definitely would not recommend it to anyone.
Did a lot of research online for a legit and clean massage place, esp in a touristy area like Patong. Finally decided to go with this as it had fewer negative reviews. Turned out to be a good decision. Did a two-hour traditional Thai massage. Very nice couple room and the massage was quite firm in terms of pressure and mostly hit the right notes. Will recommend you friends and also come again.
While staying at Deevana resort & Spa we visited the the Orientala Spa multiple times. We had a variety of couple massages catering to both of our personal preferences and were 100% happy with the service. All of the girls were very professional and lovely and we both left feeling relaxed and stretched each time.The location is perfect for us because we are staying at the venue and it was very easy to book. Highly recommend!

Excellent and Clean Spa. Professionally managed services and very attentive staff. The entire therapy experience was excellent. The Thai Massage is an experience in itself. For newbies do select gentle or mild strength and pressure .. Prices are reasonable and perfect value for money !
