Actually I`m very disappointed with this service provider! I`ve paid for 2 days tour more than 150 USD and I was even not picked up for the tour. I was standing on the check point about 2 hours and didn`t receive any feedback for my calls as our “personal manager” was sleeping. Sure, nobody was going to return money and as an alternative we were offered 50% cheaper tour. And what an amazing time, next morning to get up at 4 am, to be picked up at 4:40, be at the next point at 5 am and 1,5 hours to sleep in the car, as next people should be picked up at 6:30! All tour was not good at all, only nature beauty compensate all this! This excursion just killed mood for the whole trip.
Me and my family were on Phuket sightseeing tour Programme C1, James Bond and canoeing by speedboat and Phi Phi Bamboo by speedboat in the beginning of April 2019. The organisation was perfect. Our guides were great. It was an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend Phuket Cheap Tour.
Just wanted to say this isn’t a very profession service. I and a Spa booked out for today at 5pm its now 5:30pm and still no one has come. I have tried to call and message them but there has been no reply (you can see on the pictures below) even though the messages has been read. Very disappointed with the service provided and I just hope my tour tomorrow actually comes and picks me up. I have also called the main office, I have asked them to let me know what is happening but they don’t have an answer, just kept saying the manager will call, to which I asked them when? They then claim that they don’t understand me and asked me where I am from, so I told them London. Then all of a sudden they are able to understand me again, end result no Spa and time wasted.
We took the tour to khao suk with cheng lang lake and it was great! The guide told us everything about this place and gladly answered all our questions, all was in time with no delays and the view was just amazing. Highly recommend!
We booked 3 trips with this agency. 2 to the islands and one to the farm with the elephants! Amazingly fast organization. Easy to make payments (courier is coming to your hotel to pick the money up at the time convenient for you). 5 stars ⭐️! Thank you!!

The pickup service completely forgot about us. After waiting for 45 min, I had to contact the WhatsApp operator to confirm whether the driver was still coming. At the end, a driver came to fetch us but we were already late to the debriefing. They rushed to add us to a departing group with a Russian lady guide who never spoke to or acknowledged us. She attempted to use Google translate once throughout the day. The Phuket Jet Ski tours local staff were friendly and helpful, but that’s also because I can speak Thai. Despite having confirmed with them that an English speaking guide will be provided, there was absolutely no guide services provided as the Russian lady ignored us throughout the day. Lunch was terrible – nothing like what we ordered. Just a 20 THB plate of plain noodles with several strands of carrots.The jet skis and everything else worked fine. So my three stars are given to this sole fact.

We’ve been on a tour to Similan islands. Overall experience of a trip and all arrangements is outstanding. A bit cheaper then booking with other agencies. Highly recommended to take a catamaran for this trip – no sea sickness. I loved snorkelling in the sea and swimming in pristine turquoise waters. All meals are included in the price
I put 1 star just because I could not proceed with 0 stars. I am happy that I got to see the Similan Islands which were stunning, but as far as concerns the overall arrangement of this tour, everything was very poor and not professional. We left from Phuket town, pickup booked at 6.20 in the morning. The van arrived at 07.00 – 40 more minutes of sleep in the morning would have been very much appreciated. As we arrived at the pier, we were offered breakfast to kill the time while waiting 1h30 for all the people to arrive. Another 1h30 minutes wasted waiting. They scared the s*** out of everyone to have people buy special shoes during snorkelling (300b each pair) or the gum part of the snorkelling mask that goes into the mouth for around 100b (spoiler: professional companies provide you with a brand new gummy for the snorkelling mask for free!).After 2h of sailing (life jackets were broken, could not tie them well), we arrived on the first island. We spent a total of 3h45 minutes island hopping at the Similan, all in a hurry and fast. We got back at the pier in Phuket at 17.00, had another snack to kill the time while they were arranging transfers, and at 18.00 we got put on a van. Around 19.00 I could see we were right outside of Phuket town, happy to finally be back home after a full day spent either eating or travelling. But this is the biggest surprise we got: the van turned right, went to Patong for the other passengers of the van. The traffic jam was so awful at that time, that we have been dropped off at our hotel at 21.30, after 3h30 minutes spent on a van for a trip that was not supposed to last more than one hour. I also contacted the agency asking for more information and explanation, but they never got back to me ever. It never happened to me before such bad behaviour from the agency, such little professionalism and especially, being away from home for more than 14h and only actually enjoying 4 of them as part of the tour. I found out the bad way why they are called l“Phuket cheap tour”. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
