My friend was really afraid, and they didn’t let her to continue.She wanted to continue but they told her that that she is delayed everyone, and that she will got the money back. She got out, and they didn’t gave her the money back.
The view is beautiful. The staff is well trained to check on safety aspect and personally I felt very safe doing the zip lines. Suitable for folks that are not physically strong as well. I have tried so many high elements and this definitely is more scenic than one that requires any core muscles to get through. The last 900m zipline is simply scenic and staff piggy back with my 41kg, 12 years old to ensure that she would not get stuck halfway through the line.
Great views over the jungle. The ziplines start short and get progressively longer. The last one is brilliant. Staff are nice and friendly. And very safety conscious. We also enjoyed the luge at the end, it’s a bit like playing Mario kart. And if you don’t do it, you’ll just end up waiting for people who do. Overall great experience, highly recommend.
Yes a bit rushed but still very good fun. The guides were great fun and very helpful. My 3 twenty plus kids loved it and the downhill carts. Make sure you stick the slow drivers at the back so that they don’t hold up those who want to go a bit quicker. Safety is good.
Incredible day! Everyone in our family ranging from ages 7-43 absolutely loved our day here. It was the perfect amount of Ziplines and it was extremely organized. The luge was a ton of fun as well. Special thanks to Chao and Ram for taking such good care of us. Also, the lunch buffet was delicious. I highly recommend this company and activity to everyone and would absolutely do it again!
Spectacular experience! The staff are friendly, experienced and professional which makes you feel safe. Compared to other companies, I liked this one the best since they did the clipping of the carabiners for you, taught you how to land safely and had other safety lines to use. They also have an incredible number of long zip lines so it’s worth the extra bit of money. If you’re nervous they have 2 lines set up and one of the guides will accompany you and I also watched them help younger children as well. A wonderful way to view a rainforest!
We’d booked as a family of three, two adults and one little guy 10.Picked up at our hotel in a pick up truck along with other groups. Arrived, safety briefing and strapped up. Would recommend doing the highest package and also pay extra (it was 1,000 BHT) for our family videos and photos. Great zip line course, the swing was not the greatest, needs to be in a different location rather than overlooking rooftops, the luge was also fun. Then dropped back at our hotel, a good half day tour, highly recommend.
I did the Extreme package which had the ziplining, swing swing, and downhill luge.With the ziplining, it’s what you make of it I reckon; if you want to go slow you can, and you can go fast if you’d like that. I enjoyed it all, from the fast bits to the more scenic bits. They switch it up now and then by having short bridges you walk across, a break in the middle by a big sign/a viewpoint, and a short rappel.The giant swing was nice although it felt quite rushed; I would say out of the three it was the least exciting/interesting part. The downhill luge was really fun for me. The luge’s can get pretty fast (and admittedly dangerous as a result) so be sensible! If you want to go faster, go to the front of the pack otherwise you’ll may hold people up behind you.In terms of safety, I felt super safe during the ziplining and giant swing. They have the standard procedures e.g. double clipping/double attachment, two separate ziplines adjacent to each other, two guides (one who goes first, and one who hangs back — the former slows your momentum/catches you at the end). If you ever get stuck i.e. lose too much speed to reach the end, they come and get you. Finally, with clear communication someone will not go on the zipline whilst you are on it still. Safety for the luge was sketchy since they can go really fast but error will be due to you e.g. you go too fast and/or drive recklessly etc. The karts are checked/maintained with proper brakes and tires, and you are given elbow and knee pads along with your usual helmet.Staff were friendly and the level of English was good. They were clearly multi-lingual, knowing not just English and Thai.With the photos, it felt like I was pressured into a decision to chip in/pay but that’s probably my fault. If you travel solo, although they do take solo pics just bear in mind you may take group photos with strangers too.Tip: they give you a small snack and a bottle of water in a pouch. This pouch didn’t feel that secure so I didn’t bring my phone with me, but if you find it okay then I would do that so you can take photos.
Very much fun for the whole family, absolutely safe, cool guides, stunning views. Make sure to book the complete package because the cart ride is very cool too!
We had a fabulous day. Pick up was very prompt, around midday, and the driver was very friendly. It was quite a long drive, just over an hour, so I would download a podcast. When we got to the zip line it was very efficient and such a fun day. The guides were good fun and there were lots of different length zip lines to try. The swing was ok, however, the luges were really entertaining, fast and an excellent way to finish the day. We then stopped for a lovely buffet and got home before 7, so a full day out. We felt very safe and looked after.
This company ruined the day for my family. Myself and my children were booked in to do the Zipline and luge. Despite getting a booking confirmation from the company, they never picked us up from our hotel as agreed and left us waiting for over an hour before I contacted them and found out nobody was coming. The children were very disappointed that they didn’t get to go.There are plenty of other Zipline companies around Chiang Mai, so you are probably better off using one of those.
So exciting. We had a blast the entire time. I recommend this excursion to any thrill seekers and people who enjoy this sort of activity. It was truly so much fun we hope to go back again before we leave thailand.
