We were a group of 9 people aged 14-74. Booked a tour with them. I am not exaggerating much if I say we must have had 1000 questions before booking the tour, with everyone wanting to know every different detail 🙂 I truly admire their patience with us! All our questions got answers, (A VIP) van photos got shared before the trip. Pick up on time, comfy car, nice assisting driver – we were really happy with the booking, tour and the service overall.
Booked a shuttle from Suvarnabhumi Airport to hotel in Bangkok city. Was told to head to Gate 3 at arrival hall level 2. Amidst the sea of people, the person holding the name signage was quite quickly located. We were asked to wait about 10 minutes while she contacted another person, who then led us up another 2 levels to the driveway. There, we had to wait another 10-15 minutes for the car to arrive. The driver helped to load and unload the bags. The ride was smooth until we were near the city. Huge traffic congestions everywhere due to the festive season. However he skilfully manoeuvred his way through the complexity of traffic that only a local driver could accomplish. Overall, the ride was fine. The driver, though, was not communicative.

Good service from the airport to hotel. Driver was professional and vehicle was clean. Issues had when trying to book a return ride from the hotel to the airport. After being dropped off on my airport to hotel ride I received a WhatsApp message saying if I need a return ride I can book there. I reached out a few days later and asked if I could get a return ride and gave details of where to be picked up and when. They responded by saying “you need booking”. Which is interesting because I had no idea if that was a statement or a question. I explained I had received a message to book through them on WhatsApp and asked what the proper procedure was to book a return trip to the airport. All they said in response is “it’s up to you to get involved” I booked my return trip through my hotel.
