We went there around 20.00, find directly a place.The ambiance is chill and relax, enjoying live music with good people.I took a Mojito, and unfortunately it was just the worst that I had on the last week in ko Lanta. It was a mixture of Rum and water, mixed with ice, no taste, really un drinkable.Then just order a Thai beer… The waiter just took my full glass of “mojito” no excuse or replacement….But in a nutshell, cool bar on the island, trust the beer!
This is just about the only genuine bar in the locality, and we had a great time hanging around here.Always a cheery welcome from the staff, especially the bar manager. My holiday drink was a Margarita, and they were all very well made and the prices for drinks generally was on a par with everywhere else.Steve the owner is a friendly guy. You must go here when you go to Ko Lanta. Best place to eat in Ko Lanta and also the best place to go for a drink and play some pool, darts or other games. The owner is very very friendly and cute. She makes the best food I ate in Ko Lanta; from Thai food like basil and stir fried chicken with cashew nuts to excellent burgers (also vegan burgers)!
First, the good part, the food was very good.Now the bad. Not enough staff. We could see the cook working very hard in the kitchen, but it was not enough.We waited 1 1/4 hour for our food. If there is a shortage of staff, the owner should be there to help.It is too bad, it could be a great place.
