Had requested taxi services twice, one from the airport to the hotel last month and it was spotless. The van service at the airport was ready and it was easy to locate th driver however it was slightly confusing as the driver was at the 2nd way outside the gate. I didn’t understand 2nd way until I realize the 1st way was for the usual traffic and you need to cross the street to get to the 2nd way , where cars can stop for your pick up. Nevertheless, a picture of the car was sent for an easy check on the driver. The way to downtown was 1,000THB with all tolls included and a big car due to 5 big bags. The 2nd time was for a pick up to th eairport, again the driver came 30 min in advance and call you to let you know he is already there. A picture of the car to avoid mistakes was received and 600 THB , with gate tolls included. The driver provides receipts if asked. Recommend to have a peace of mind . Will use the services again.

Excellent taxi service is really excellent in their service. They have highly professional chauffers and can speak good english. They will give you best advice and act as guide at times. Vehicles are neat and clean and always on time pick up. Mr Basketball is always been professional during all our trips including pattaya and safari tours in Bankok. It is highly recommended for friends and people traveling with family and kids.
I had sent requests to a number of tour operators in Bangkok and NONE responded I sent a WhatsApp message to Mr Basketball at 8:00 pm the night before our cruise ship arrived and he responded right away . He had Mr Lee pick us up the next day and he drove us around for the day and Mr Basketball drove us the next day. The customer service was amazing from Mr Basketball. He was punctual and on time for every pick up and drop off and got us to places as fast as possible. He gave us amazing recommendations on places to visits, as well as the history behind those said places. Overall, it was an amazing experience in Bangkok and an even better one whilst being chauffeured around by Mr Basketball and his team.
