This is everything that a spa should be. It was full and I strongly recommend a reservation as the welcome area always had people in it, either at the end of their spa treatment or beginning. Wonderful foot message (after long days of walking throughout Bangkok – this is heaven!!!). Perfect Thai message (they went out of their way to understand if there were any areas of the body to be cautious about or to focus on).Staff at front desk had a strong command of English language and most of the staff had a basic working knowledge so communications were not a problem in English – very important when getting a message.Strongly recommend! Strongly recommend reservations. And enjoy going back again and again as we did.
My wife and I were staying at the Pullman Hotel G just a few minutes walk from Dahra. We noticed a 2 for 1 special and decided to try it. It was wonderful. We both had the foot massage and it was one of the best I have had. I have lived in Thailand for 16+ years and am well acquainted with massage spas.The place was immaculately spotless and we were given a warm welcome. We were asked to fill out a form for the type of massage, amount of pressure and any particular problems we had. Served cold towels and water while we waited a few minutes for massage.The massage was excellent. Just as I wanted it. We returned the next 3 days. Each day I had another lady massage me and they all were excellent. My wife had a neck, head and shoulders massage the last two times and was extremely pleased.Two of the women that massaged me was Khun Kod and Khun Yang. I highly recommend them.
This was the best massage I’ve ever had. It was a full body thai massage. Both my fiancé and I had a couples massage. Felt like my body had been stretched and pulled and felt amazing afterwards. Staff were great and friendly
Went for a 2.30h spa package today and absolutely loved it. I’ve been there 3 times over the last couple years when I’m about to fly back to the UK. Their service is and has been fantastic every time I’ve been there for treatments. Highly recommend.
Dahra Spa is an absolute gem – if you are looking to relax in the heart of Bangkok, it doesn’t get any better than this.Last week I was in Bangkok to visit a good friend who had recently started living in the city as a digital nomad. I was keen to find somewhere that could provide a great massage both to untie some knots left over from the flight and to just relax and enjoy my holiday in general.After some quick Trip Advisor and Google review research, Dahra Spa looked the part – close location (Silom Branch), extensive menu and great reviews. I booked myself in for an hour treatment, a Royal Thai massage.On visiting, I was very impressed with the facilities and the service – the receptionist was very organised and welcoming, the waiting area was very comfortable and the overall vibe of the place was incredibly relaxing – no mean feet after you step off the busy streets of Bangkok in Silom.I was asked if I had areas I wanted to focus on, areas I wanted to avoid, medical conditions, pressure levels etc – it was a very thorough and professional experience.The massage itself was excellent – the first part was very relaxing and targeted to the areas I wanted to focus on, so lots of tension in my upper back, shoulders, neck etc (typical desk worker). Pressure was great and the therapist regularly checked in to see how everything was feeling.The second part was very much the Thai Massage experience, with a lot of manipulation into different positions, stretching and massage. It can seem a bit intimidating at first, but the reason it works so well at Dahra is they clearly know exactly what they were doing – where I was stretched, moved and massages, everything was done within my limits and without causing any pain or discomfort.I walked away feeling lighter and more comfortable than I had felt in a long time – an absolutely wonderful experience. I cannot recommend Dahra Spa enough. Prior to flying out of Thailand, I booked a second massage, and it was every bit as good as the first.

Dahra Spa Silom offers a comprehensive spa menu. Prices are a tad higher than some of their competitors, but they have established themselves as very reliable players in the crowded spa market in the Thai capital. We have visited this branch quite a few times and find their services generally good.

This was a very nice restaurant, clean and service was great, can’t fault it and taxi took us straight there with no problem.
